Huw was a really great host, who maintained good communication. The flat was large and nicely decorated. With a washer and dryer, gas stove, tv and internet. Towels provided as well. Large warehouse windows. Bathroom was small with step up shower, but was adequate. One bed was in the loft and another on the cement floor, the third sleeping mattress is a blow up air mattress. 3 flights of stairs to get to flat, so a good workout unless ur carrying more than carryon luggage. Only a few Minutes walk to the tube, local track grocery store and V&A children’s museum. Great Italian restaurant across the street and a lovely pub a few blocks down. Although the neighbourhood itself seems a bit rough, we had no issues walking around. The stay could be rated perfect except for a neighbour who likes to blast music at 2am randomly when she comes home from the pubs, and who does not care who else it offends. The week(7 days) we stayed this happened TWICE with a full blown 80+ people sound system vibrate the walls, party until 4am one night. Huw of course tried to address the issue but with no success, and although it was out of his control- EXTREME CAUTION to those who do book unless you are an incredibly heavy sleeper or happen to stay during the weekdays only. If not for this I would absolutely recommend it to a group of 2-4 travellers
