ALII VILLAS Oceanfront complex！ 見事な海とプールの眺め、高評価のコンドミニアム

Mahalo for your quick, kind review after the wonderful finish you had at our World Ironman 2026 race ! We try to provide the best for our guests during their stay. We are on the 3rd floor which allows our lovely trade winds to cool our home, along with ceiling and floor fans. This has worked for us in the past and keeps our nightly rate reasonable. Our mattress is a new queen size, as stated on our website . We wish you well in your future races and hope to keep up with your future endeavors. WE LOVE OUR IRONMAN participants !

Our return guests are the best !! Thank you for taking the time to give us another 5 star review. and for loving Kona almost as much as we do :) MAHALO !

Thank you for your kind review ! We were thrilled you got to experience a 2 am Pele eruption (once in a lifetime ) and share video with us ! We are on pins and needles hoping for a nightime viewing ourselves. Mahalo friends

My goodness Valerie, are you even home yet !! We love when our sweet renters have enjoyed their stay so much that they review us right after they head for home. Mahalo Tamara for taking the time to give us another 5 star review. As you can see we love our home , the island itself and all the aloha spirit each guest will experience everywhere on this island. There is always something new and exciting to do around each corner. We can't forget our gorgeous sunsets either. Keeping our chairs handy in the trunk is a must when it comes to that time of day. You never want to miss one of them 😎 Do come visit again and make more wonderful memories ! Sincerely, Laura and Arnold

Loving the comments our guests post , and this one gave us a big laugh. We park our bums on the beach as much as possible too :) We are so happy you enjoyed our home , Alii Villas are the best, and we strive to keep ours comfortable, clean and updated. Do come visit again, there is so much to do and see here on The Big Island. And if you ever have another couple that wants to tag along, our next door neighbors unit is beautiful, they are very sweet and accommodating . Fun time for all !!

Happy you enjoyed your stay , did so many things and even shared pictures with us :) Yes August and Sept are usually the warmest months in Kona. We do state on the website no A/C and most rentals don't offer it as Hawaii has the highest electric costs in the nation, hence owners charge much more if they offer air . Being on the 3rd floor also offers us the cool trade winds when blowing. Owning our home for almost 8 years now and only once was it warm for us and yes it was August . Do come back and visit paradise again !! Mahalo, Laura and Arnold

Thank you dear guests for your 5 star review ! We do our best to make our home welcoming and love when our renters seem to enjoy it as much as we do. You took such good care of our home , do come visit again :)) Sincerely, Laura and Arnold

Thank you Bob for the nice review. Our VRBO website states that we do not have wifi, but since our last 2 renters have asked , we will be checking into it on our next trip over. Since we are fairly new owners we are learning as we go. We want our guests to always give us feedback and we promise to listen and try to fulfill wants and needs. Mahalo for your suggestion :) If you need an escape from the cold again, please consider a return visit . We appreciate and are thankful for each and every guest. Sincerely, Laura and Arnold

What a kind , wonderful review you have left us !! We are always so grateful when our guests seem to love our home as much as we do and take the time to review it. We adore our Big Island paradise and hope our guests take home great experiences and memories. Mahalo friends , do come visit again :)

Aloha Jason, thank you for the nice review. We just returned home from Kona , before you arrived , where we upgraded our wifi router and modem giving faster speed.. We pride ourselves in customer service and wish you would have called or texted us. We would have notified Spectrum immediately with a quick fix. We just spoke to them and the company itself has been having issues in the whole Kona area and are working on the problem. Sometimes the things we love about Kona are the things we hate about Kona. As for dining inside, as I'm sure you noticed we are very meticulous and keep our home very nice but liveable . We usually rent to couples who love to dine on the lanai and take in the gorgeous ocean view. Our listing mentions outside lanai dining. We are glad you enjoyed your visit. Safe future travels !

Oh Mike ,what a sweet, thoughtful review. I must say it again, We LOVE our guests. You left our home in such nice condition when you vacated and you have given us ideas to see some new sights we haven't seen yet. I hope you will come visit again, Kona is calling ! Mahalo, Laura and Arnold
