The waterfront Villa Philibert with private pool is located on the beautiful beach of Riambel in southern part Mauritius where you can stroll along the deserted beach for kilometers;

The Villa is in a calm surrounding where you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
The villa Philibert has 250 m2 living area and a fenced garden of 2800 m2.
3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 super king and 2 single beds)
3 en-suite bathrooms (shower, toilet and sink)
A large kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, mixer, Nespresso Machine)
1 living / dining room with a TV 32 “flat screen, satellite channels, desk with telephone and internet ADSL wifi.

Villa Philibert

Exceeded our expectations. A very peaceful spot with well maintained garden leading to the beach. Trees full of birdsong. As particulars point out the lagoon inside the distant reef is too shallow for swimming but the swimming pool is excellent and very well maintained. There is plenty of dining and seating space outside but under cover In case of inevitable showers. The cleaner/cook made us some tasty local dishes and she and the gardener provided us with local fruit and bread and helped in many other ways. They are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. All making for a very happy 20 days.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Ce fut le moment fort de nos vacances. Chaque chambre de la maison disposait de sa propre salle de bain/toilettes. Il y a un superbe coin repas extérieur. Nous avions un accès privé à la plage au bout de la propriété. Stefanie, la femme de ménage, est une perle rare. Elle nous a préparé plusieurs fois des repas absolument délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter à la Villa Philibert.

Villa comforme aux descriptif de l annonce. Stéphanie au petit soin avec nous et nous a préparer de bon plats Mauricien. On peut compter sur Gyan pour avoir fruits frais et pain au petit déjeuner.L'acces a la plage est super et celle ci est vraiment tranquille on a l impresion qu'elle n est que pour vous lool. Endroit magique. Chaque chambre sa salle d eau bien pratique, la connexion internet est tres bonne, la tele avec abonnement canal + Maurice, il y a meme un groupe électrogènes automatique en cas de coupure de courant tout pour passer un séjours sans soucis.Nous avons passé 14 jours super agréable. Merci pour tout

Des vacances idylliques

Le cadre est incroyable, le jardin superbe et la vue inoubliable. Nous avons été très bien reçus et Stéphanie et Gyan ont contribué à faire de notre séjour une superbe expérience. La maison est spacieuse et a tous les équipements adéquats. Nous recommanderons cette location.

Location conforme à la description. L'endroit est paradisiaque et la maison très fonctionnelle. Les personnes chargées de l'intendance sur place sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Notre séjour à Maurice et plus particulièrement à la villa Philibert restera pour nous un souvenir inoubliable. Tout était conforme à nos attentes, la villa, la piscine et la plage merveilleuse avec son lagon. Nous tenons à remercier Gyan pour son dévouement à toutes nos demandes, Robert pour sa sympathie et sa discrétion, et enfin Stéphanie, adorable, elle nous a régaler avec ses nombreux plats mauriciens. Enfin tous on été admirable de gentillesse, c'est pourquoi nous recommandons vivement la villa Philibert. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute. Francis, Stéphanie, Frédéric, Véronique, René et Odile.

Bestens geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich oder störend. Sich von Stephanie bekochen zu lassen hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Das täglich frische Brot und Obst von Gyan auch sehr gut. Durch die Lage der Villa und dem Service des freundlichen Personals hatten wir einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub. Kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Beleuchtung im Wohn-Essbereich ist zu dunkel und sollte heller sein. Vielen Dank an Stephanie, Gyan, Robert und den Gärtner. Sollten wir wieder kommen dann hauptsächlich wegen Stephanie, Sie ist die Seele des Hauses.

Superbe villa

Superbe villa, on s’y sent bien. Merci à Stephanie pour sa présence, sa cuisine, tous les échanges que l’on a pu avoir. C’e Un plaisir de discuter avec elle. Une femme avec beaucoup de cœur. Merci à Gyan, pour le pain et les fruits et les conseils de visite. Malheureusement la météo ne nous a pas permis de nager avec les dauphins!! Nous avons beaucoup visité, le temps pluvieux ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la baignade autant qu’on l’aurait souhaité, mais ce sont les aléas du voyage et de la météo. Il y a une plage agréable à quelques kilomètres. Pour prendre un verre dans la cuisine, ca serait bien de mettre quelques tabourets, qui permettrait à la cuisinière de se poser quelques minutes de temps en temps. Sinon tout était parfait.

Ursprüngliches Mauritius am einsamen Strand

In 3 Wochen haben wir Mauritius per Mietwagen und 2 unterschiedliche Ferienhäuser erkundet. Im Süden befinden sich sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten: Tempel, Le Morne, Wasserfälle, Wanderwege, ein Highlight Wale und Delphine erleben zu dürfen (Tamarin), Ziplines und Naturparks, daher gut von Villa Phillibert zu erreichen. Wir waren (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und 2 Wochen zu Gast in Villa Philibert. Das Ferienhaus hat einen traumhaften Garten und direkten Strandzugang. Der Strand ist sehr einsam und wunderschön für Spaziergänge und schnorcheln. Villa Philibert ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Zum Baden kleine Abstriche, da das Wasser sehr flach ist. Die Strandbilder entsprechen nicht der Realität, in Natura sieht es viel schöner aus. Der Norden ist touristisch sehr erschlossen und wir haben die Ruhe von Riambel sehr vermisst. Für Ruhesuchende, Familien und die auch mal einen kleinen tropischen Regenschauer nicht scheuen, ist der Süden perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Gyan, der uns täglich frische Brötchen und Obst vorbeigebracht hat, sodass dem perfekten Frühstück nichts im Wege stand und auch vielen Dank an Stephany, die sich liebevoll um das Haus gekümmert hat.

Maurice dans toute son authenticité

Avons passé un très agréable séjour rendu magnifique gràce à la gentillesse et disponibilté de Stéphanie de Gyan et de Robert. Gràce à vous nous avons pu apprécier les splendeurs de Maurice, tant au niveau culinaire que le spectacle des paysages inoubliables. La villa était au delà de nos espérances les pieds dans l eau. Oui, nous avons adoré!

La maison (fidèle au descriptif) le jardin et la proximité de la mer ont rendu notre séjour fort agréable! Mais la star... c'est tout de même Stéphanie qui a orchestré merveilleusement bien notre séjour. Les courses dans les petites boutiques de Surinam en sa compagnie, les cours de cuisine partagés et l'excellente tenue de la maison ont été un vrai bonheur! Merci infiniment à tous.
