This property was in a great location on the south side of London very convenient to the M25 and M23. Also very convenient to rail stations to catch trains into central London. We had family in the area it was easy to visit them.
The parking situation appeared to be somewhat of a hassle upon initial arrival, but it worked out ok. We were able to find a space regularly off of the street back behind the building. Otherwise, there is no place to park on or near the property, which can make unloading and loading luggage more difficult, especially if it is raining. All of the spaces were reserved for other units or the few common spaces were always full. The three common area spaces were full of vehicles that never seemed to move over the 6 days we were there.
The master bedroom was very comfortable, but the bunk bed in the second bedroom was not the best for an adult.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes, but we did have to buy paper towels as there were none provided.
If you are a tall or large person, beware of the stairs as they are a bit tight, however typical in the UK for older buildings.
The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to questions.
Overall, we had a nice stay here, but wanted to point out the few issues we had.
