ゲート付きレジデンスの東/西側にある60 m2の広々とした明るい3階と4階（最上部）のデュプレックスアパートメント、エレベーターアクセス、エアコン、無料WiFi、安全な駐車場、3つのテラス、パノラマの海の景色、大きなスイミングプールを提供、お店やアメニティからわずか50m、最寄りのビーチまで数分です。

綿100％のベッドリネンとバスタオルも無料で提供されます。

3階の入り口からは、居心地の良い廊下、トイレ、バスルーム、キングサイズベッド、十分な収納スペース、新しいエアコン、ラウンジャー付きの西向きのバルコニー、湾の景色を望む明るい大きなベッドルームに通じています。
新しいダイニングテーブルと4つの椅子、テレビ、新しいDVD、無料WiFi、CDプレーヤー、ゲーム、おもちゃと本、2つの肘掛け椅子、大きなソファを備えた明るく開放的なラウンジとダイニングエリアの2階。 （ソファベッドは快適なダブルベッドになります。） 庭の家具付きの大きなテラスは、港、サンラファエル湾、海を越えてサントロペのパノラマビューを望むラウンジから続いています。
同じ階には、コンロ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、食器洗い機、新しい洗濯機を備えた設備の整ったキッチンがあり、庭の家具がある大きな東向きのテラスに続くドアがあります。

素晴らしい五角形のプール（4月下旬から10月下旬まで会員のみが利用可能）は、日光浴や海とポートサンタルチアの景色を望むパティオサラウンドのある庭園の南の高い位置にあります。
レジデンスは非常に高い水準に維持されており、清潔で明るく、共用エリアが明るくなっています。
施設の裏には安全な駐車場があります。
アパートは完璧な場所にあり、さまざまなアクティビティが地元で利用できます。釣り、ダイビング、乗馬、カヤック、セーリング、水上スキー、ハイキング、水泳を楽しんだり、3つのテラスの1つで冷たい飲み物を飲みながらリラックスしたり、海の景色とエステレル山を楽しむことができます。
優れたゴルフクラブやテニスクラブへは車で数分でアクセスできます。
セントラファエルの主要な砂浜はすぐそばにあり、登山や散策に適した無数の岩の多いビーチがあります。

最大宿泊人数は4人、大人2人、子供2人です。

滞在終了時の清掃料金は60ユーロで、到着時にお支払いください。
プールタオルとビーチタオルは含まれていませんが、到着時にお支払いいただくと、それぞれ5ユーロでレンタルできます。

レンタルは土曜日から土曜日まで実行され、チェックインは16時間から19時間です。

Lovely apartment with spectacular views from three different terraces. Fabulous location close to St Raphael beaches and restaurants, and to local bakers and shops. The apartment building and grounds have a very secure residential feel rather than a holiday let feel to them. The pool was lovely and the apartment was comfortable and well- equipped. We would highly recommend.

under the October sun

We have spent two weeks in this very nice flat with a great view on the Saint-Raphael bay. It is perfectly located close to the Santa Lucia harbor with its restaurants and a convenient food store. Several beaches and beautiful creeks can be found within walking distance. All this make it an ideal hub for plenty of activities.

Great Holiday Location

Together with my husband and two daughters, we had a gorgeous week in this apartment. The location is perfect with a sea view and convenient for shops and beach. It is fantastically well equipped and the swimming pool is a joy. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all queries very promptly. The onsite contact, Christine, was also really helpful and kind in providing all necessary information. We have no hesitation in recommending to other visitors.

Great location

The apartment is great, comfortable and with everything you need. The view of the bay is fantastic. The thing we liked most is the location, across the road from the marina, with shops, takeaways and a great selection of restaurants also some great walks around the coast. Once there you really don’t need a car. Jane and Christine always responded to messages.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

Very comfortable, welcoming and well equipped apartment where we felt very relaxed straight away. It is well located for seafront walks, restaurants, bars and local shops, with a lively but calm atmosphere, and also for exploring the amazing Cote d'Azur. The pool was great and everyone we met on the complex was friendly. Service and information provided from Jane and Christine was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

Lovely Apartment in Perfect location

We stayed 2 weeks at Le Mexico and found it to be everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The lication is great - restaurants, bars, a supermarket selling everything we needed and a fresh fish shop just across the road. Good train and bus links to all areas along the coast and a 1.5km walk into St Raphael centre for more shops and restaurants. Lovely sandy beach nearby and a pebble beach just along from the harbour. We'd definitely recommend staying at Le Mexico as it's quiet, has a great pool and is close to all amenities.

The apartment has the feel of a really comfortable holiday home. Quality bedding, towels are fresh and plentiful. All the facilities required for a great holiday are in place and working. Ticks all the boxes.

A very quiet, comfortable apartment in an older, but well-run and maintained complex, the perfect distance from the "biz" of the centre of town. The apartment is also exceptional in how thoughtfully and completely it's supplied. Super-convenient access to transport, shops, and many restaurants at Port Santa Lucia, across the street. The 3 terraces and the views are a real gift! All appliances worked like a charm, and the bed and shower were great. The Cote d'Azur has never disappointed in the many visits we've made over 5 decades!! What a privilege to be able to enjoy it again from such a great vantage point. Thanks for everything, Jane and Christine.

Fantastic base for a relaxing holiday. Great local restaurants

This place is even better than we had expected or hoped for. The apartment was amazing - really nicely decorated, clean, spacious, and with everything you could possibly need. The best bit was the terraces (all 3). One from the bedroom, so you can wake up to views of the sea; one just off the kitchen which gets all of the morning sun (perfect for a croissant from the boulangerie across the road); and the main one with views into St Raphael, Santa Lucia Harbour, and out into the distance towards St Tropez - with sun until sunset and very private (not overlooked) it is perfect for a day's relaxation. Well situated for exploring the local area. We had a car (there is a designated parking space included with the apartment) but didn't really need it as it's easy to get a train to many of the other coastal towns. Another bonus was how good the local restaurants are. Across the road in Santa Lucia Harbour, there are over a dozen restaurants with very reasonably priced and good quality 3 course menus. You need to book for weekends. We tried Le Coelacanthe which was excellent, and Les Voiles (a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant) which was outstanding but still around 30 euros for 3 courses! Thanks very much to Jane (owner) and Christine (housekeeper) for facilitating an excellent holiday.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, Lage und Ausblick sehr gut. Merkwürdig ist, dass (umfangreiche) Poolregeln schon im Vorfeld per e-mail verschickt wurden. Sehr ärgerlich ist, dass der Sonnenschirm kaputt war, uns aber am Ende der Woche vorgeworfen wurde, dass wir ihn kaputtgemacht hätten - genauso wie beim Sitzpolster eines Stuhls. Die Vermieterin möchte, dass wir die Schäden bezahlen, obwohl wir nicht Schuld daran sind.

Appartement met geweldig uitzicht. Niets ontbreekt. Ligging is top. Aan de overkant van de straat de supernarkt en restaurantjes en het strand op een paar minuten loopafstand. Heerlijk zwembad, maar er staan geen stoeltjes of bedden bij. We hebben genoten.

Nous avons pleinement profité de la vue fantastique autant de la terrasse mais aussi à partir du salon car canicule oblige nous étions souvent à l’intérieur certains après-midi. La piscine est un plus indéniable de cette location. La propreté de la location , une décoration agréable, fournitures de premières nécessités , accueil et flexibilité de Christine , literie impeccable juste un petit bémol sur la cuisine petite et vieillotte sans plan de travail pour cuisiner mais bien fournie en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Je recommande cette location.

Séjour tres agréable.Votre logement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Le logement correspond à la description parfaitement. Dommage que la piscine n était pas encore ouverte pour notre semaine réservée. On remercie Christine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Excellent séjour

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Il était même bien au-delà de nos attentes par la qualité de la relation avec Jane, la propriétaire, et par celle de l'accueil bienveillant de Christine sur place. Les nombreuses marques d'attention de la propriétaire, tant dans le petit cadeau de bienvenue que par la fonctionnalité du logement dans lequel tout à été pensé pour que l'on se sente chez soi (ou chez des amis proches, car on ne manque de rien) ont contribué à rendre notre séjour d'une semaine très agréable. Une adresse à recommander sans aucun doute.

We started coming to Le Mexico as a young family about 15 years ago. We've returned every year to spend our summers here and now it feels like a home from home. We enjoy the location, the beaches and for entertainment there are music concerts, live theatre, outdoor sports, festivals and night markets. Plus, the proximity to the sea, the town and beautiful Esterel mountains.
There is so much to do here for all ages and it's also perfect for a relaxing break or romantic getaway.
We are very excited to have finally bought our own apartment and look forward to spending more wonderful holidays on the Riviera, enjoying the sailing, swimming, hiking, food, history and all that the local area has to offer.
St Raphael is quite simply the best holiday destination with access to stunning beaches, quality sports provision, picturesque lakes and mountains plus a vibrant town.

Le Mexico is a very secure and well maintained residence with a stunning pool and beautiful gardens, located a few metres from the sea affording wonderful views of St Raphael and the coast line.
You have the best of both worlds here, with amenities close by and the sea a few metres away, easy access out to the motorway and mountains plus the buzz of the town and nightlife but the residence is set just outside the town centre so you can find peace and quiet when needed.

St Raphael is ideally located just 45 minutes from Nice airport by car and it has a great train service connecting you to Cannes, Marseilles, Toulon, Avigon and the TGV up to Paris.
The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you need is within walking distance so you do not need a car. Morning croissants are available across the road plus a small supermarket with fresh fruit and veg for your daily shopping and an ATM machine. You have access to sandy beaches in town or remote rocky beaches towards Boulouris, only 15 minutes away. St Raphael is a short walk away as is Frejus and both offer outstanding and varied entertainment for all the family.
If you bring a car there are many places to visit further afield. 30 minutes away to the north is the beautiful Lac de St Cassein with pedalos, inflatable games, hiking and swimming or the Fargonard Perfumery in Grasse is an hour to the East.
Monaco and it's famous casino is 50 miles along the coast with the towns of Northern Italy only a couple of hours beyond that.
A new service from the St Raphael Ferry Terminal can take you to the Iles d'Hyeres which is a small group of beautiful islands off the coast. Visitors can spend the day on Porquerolles or Port-Cros, swimming in crystal clear waters, watching dolphins, exploring the mountains or national parks.
During Winter months there is fabulous Skiing in the French Alps at Isola 2000, only a 2.5 hour drive away, or the slopes of Valberg can be reached in under two.
