- 📌 The villa is semi-detached: on the upper floor there is another apartment that does not have access to the pool, which is reserved exclusively for villa guests (open from April 2nd to November 4th).
- ⚠️ PRICE INCLUDES: Private pool, villa, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, 3 private parking spaces on the property.
It is also possible to park additional vehicles outside, in a FREE area.
- NOT INCLUDED: Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per night; Energy costs € 40.00 per night; Bed and bath linens € 15.00 per person, including: shower mat, face towel, bidet towel, shower towel, pillowcase, bed sheets, kitchen towel (not changed).
- EXTRAS AND UPON REQUEST (before arrival and while supplies last): Baby travel cot €20.00.

📍Location and surroundings: In the Campofelice di Roccella area, our residential complex is surrounded by greenery and is quiet yet close to everything: with flip-flops and a beach towel, a pleasant 450-meter walk will take you directly to the beach.
We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic alleys, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to move and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance just 4 km away makes traveling to all the island's other wonders quick and easy.
Nearby: Pubs, 4 supermarkets, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a train station (1.6 km), and a gas station. Just 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront, full of dining options and beautiful equipped beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sea.
