Semi-detached villa with PRIVATE pool for exclusive use. There is another apartment upstairs that cannot use it.

EXCLUDED FROM COSTS and paid in cash:
Energy consumption €40.00 per night;
Bed linens and towels €15.00 per person;
Remember, a tourist tax of €1.50 per night per person is payable on site;
Pets are NOT allowed.
A €500.00 security deposit is required, which will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages.
