CASA MAS - Villa with private pool in Felantix.

We welcome you to this house located in a mountain environment. It is a house with capacity for 4 people, equipped with swimming pool, where you can enjoy the tranquillity.
The exterior area is wonderful. The terrace is spot from which you won't want to move and enjoy long evenings al fresco. There is also a furnished porch. The private and chlorine pool is 8 x 4 meters and has a depth between 1.20m - 2m. You will find 4 sun loungers at your disposal to bask in the Mediterranean sun. Th whole property is surrounded by pine trees. This is a forest area so please note that you are not allowed to light fires, not only in the surroundings but also in the exterior of the house. But if you want to enjoy a delicious barbecue, you can use the electric barbecue instead.

The one-storey house has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. For smaller guests we will provide a cot and high chair. There are two bathrooms with tub that serve the whole house.
The living - dining area with open kitchen is functional. Pause for a moment and watch a movie on satellite TV or read a good book before cooking together your favourite dishes. The kitchen is well equipped and with gas cooker. There are a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Approx. 4 km from Felanitx, at the foot of a mountain, the house is a little off the beaten track, you will get to know the authentic Mallorca. Through a good transport connection you can reach both the coast with beautiful beaches and small coves, as well as the town of Felanitx and various sights, quickly and easily.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
