Hi Jayne, thank you for your kind words, but I’m very disappointed to receive overall four star feedback from you. The villa is as advertised and kept to the highest standards. Please see previous feedback for confirmation. We did receive a significant complaint from you during your stay, you were most irate that the air conditioning did not work in three of the bedrooms and was pushing out hot air. Can I remind you that the reason the air conditioning was pushing out hot air was you chose heating mode, or the icon ☀️ on the remote. You told Clare our Villa manager that you chose the sun icon on the remote, because it was hot. Not unsurprisingly, when you were advised to select the ❄️ icon in the remote, everything cooled down. We try really hard to make holidays for our guests, the best they can be, but sometimes we fall short, on this occasion, I do not think we have, and I think you have been rather unduly harsh. I hope future prospective clients can judge this review through the lens of our previous reviews! 🙏Thanks Adam and Sigrin

So we are devastated to receive a review of four stars, in place of our standard five. Paul has left us a nice verbal review, but only four stars, and no explanation why, so I reached out to him to find out why. He replied saying he had an issue with the safe and the pool. Both were resolved promptly by the appropriate companies. Paul felt both issues could have been resolved faster. Unfortunately Paul did not take time to read the instructions we give just prior to arrival, or the prominent notice by the front door that says please contact us directly the moment there is any kind of issue at all! Paul is our worst kind of client, we try to provide five star service, but can only do this if clients tell us immediately of anything less than perfect. When told we will do our absolute utmost to resolve the issue immediately. Please don’t be a Paul, please let us give you a five star holiday!! 😀😀

This is a difficult review to respond too, as we are not really sure why we did not perform to your expectation Tracy, when I reached out to you you mentioned the linen again, but all other reviews and us, have no issue with the linen that is matching and only a couple of years old. Hi Gillian, thank you for review. I’m going to go through it point by point. Sunloungers were slightly marked, I missed that and they have now been jet washed and deep cleaned, genuine apologies for that, 🙏 The cot barely had a mark on it, so much so that it was impossible to show the mark in a photo. You also used the cot and had blankets and toys in it when the property manager arrived, immediately, after you initially contacted me on arrival day. We also delivered another cot, but you still claim that the baby slept with its parents?? Whilst my property manager was there she sorted all you transport needs for the wedding you were attending. In her own time, not her responsibility at all, but she did it anyway. Next you claim the villa was damp in your review, you did not think to mention this to me or the property manager on arrival. Humidity on the day was 52%, I sent you the screen shot later, that’s why it felt slightly damp. If you had asked me I could have told you to put the AC on dehumidify, but you did not. You just blamed me retrospectively for the fact we are close to the sea! Next the mop, we don’t ever intend clients to use a mop, the cleaning staff have their own equipment, however the mop has been replaced. Finally the towels, our property manager asked you to show her the towels you were unhappy with, you showed her two small hand towels with bleach spots on them. You were asked to smell them and say whether you thought they were freshly laundered, you did, and agreed they were. Soft and clean with a couple of bleach marks from the laundry. Feedback from people like you, who do not take time to understand the nature of the place they are visiting, and overreact to the tiniest thing, is never well received. Can I remind you of the initial message you sent me demanding all the sun loungers were changed immediately? We try really hard to make sure all clients have an excellent holiday, we made an error with the sun loungers, and you have blown this out of all proportion and embellished the facts. Please do not book again, and to all the other owners reading this, think carefully before allowing this client to book your property.
