グラウンドフロアに広々とした2ベッドルームアパートメント。南に面したフロントガーデンがあり、後ろには非常に大きなパティオエリアがあり、覆われたBBQエリアがある。
プロパティはまた、2つの寝室2バスルーム、1つのen suit、庭につながるパティオのドアを持つL字型のラウンジ/レストランがあります。 薄型テレビ、DVdプレーヤー、ハイファイ。
キッチンと洗濯機、食器洗い機、冷蔵庫、フルサイズのオーブン、コンロが備わっています。 水フィルターので、ボトル入りの水を購入する必要はありません。

Sandy is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.The apartment is superb, spottlessly clean, very secure and close to all amenities(10 min walk).This is our second stay and wont be our last, we really love the apartment and the resort.The furniture & beds are comfy, the tv is excellent,lovely welcome gifts and nothing is too much trouble for Sandyeven though she has suffered a bad back injury. 5 stars all round from us and thank you for having us Sandy

Excellent property in a superb location

The owners Andy and Sandy are wonderful hosts and have thought of absolutely everything in their property to make our stay in Fuerteventura enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again in the near future. 5* in our opinion.

Lovely apartment

Lovely, clean, well-equipped apartment. Very spacious and the garden's great. It's quite a walk from town but that didn't really bother us and it's not too far to the clubhouse and commercial centre if you don't want to go into town for dinner.

Great apartment

Spacious clean well equipped modern apartment. Had everything you need including a wide range of English tv channels. Wifi generally ok although could be a bit sporadic. About 10-15minutes walk from the shopping mall and beach. Many thanks to Sandy and Andy who met us at the apartment and kept in contact. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful large apartment

Very large apartment with lots of outside space and all the amenities you would wish for. For those who don’t like to walk a car would be useful. Sandy was a wonderful host, easy to contact and very responsive.

Fantastic stay

This property is amazing. This ground floor apartment with a lovely garden is truely a home from home. Loungers provided with sun all day. Shaded area at back of property if you need a break from the sun. The accommodation is so spacious, clean, modern with all mod cons and then some. Sandy was brilliant, extremely helpful. Cannot wait to return.

Fabulous time staying at this property. It had everything we needed and more. We had hired a car but its just a15 min walk to Atlantico centre for supermarket etc. (Taxis plentiful for coming back with shopping €4)and there are beautiful beaches there too.Loved the little extra touches..water filter,beach towels and welcome pack of wine ,beer ,milk and juice . Would 100%recommend and we will definately be back

Time to relax

Our 2nd visit to this property and it really does have everything you need for a relaxing holiday away from it all. It s on the edge of the resort so we hired a car to get around although we have also stayed without and managed quite easily with taxis which are plentiful and reasonably priced . We appreciated the welcome pack provided with a few essentials (milk/fruit juice /beer and wine /tea and coffee)and the water filter tap is a bonus as it means no lugging heavy water bottles. We look forward to returning in the future and would recommend this property to anyone who wants a lovely quiet holiday.

Very comfortable Stay

we had a wonderful time in this comfortable, very nicely furnished apartment. The equipment is excellent. , In the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all utensils. We had breakfast on the sunny terrace every morning. There is even a second large terrace with a gas grill in the back. The owner attaches great importance to cleanliness, we noticed this immediately upon arrival, everything looks like new. In addition, the entire apartment is secured by an alarm system. we will come back as soon as possible.

Good base for exploring

Sandy's apartment is in a quiet area with easy parking and close enough to the shops. The sea with a rocky shoreline is a short walk away and a small beach a little further. The central location is perfect for exploring the whole island as a one hour drive will reach pretty much anywhere. The apartment gets a lot of sun in the garden area but is nice and cool inside. Security is excellent with both a safe and a house alarm. The internet is not great but I think Sandy mentioned that this was going to be improved.

Fabulous apartment

What a great stay we have just had, a real home from home. We found the apartment surprisingly large, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. You have thought of everything. Wifi is good with a great selection of TV programmes, which kept our grand daughter happy. What we really liked was the bedrooms were lovely and cool at night due to the ceiling fans. Huge BBQ area, although we did not try this as we eat our every night. Great location, very private and just a couple of minutes drive from Caleta de fuste. Thank you Sandy for coming round and welcoming us to you brilliant apartment.We will no doubt be seeing you again next year. I'm sure we will have to book early.

Great for a relaxing stay

We have recently returned from a month at this apartment and we loved it . The apartment is modern and spacious and you certainly don't feel cooped up if the weather is not at its best ( we had 10 days of cooler, windy, cloudy weather). On sunny days the front garden is an amazing sun trap, and long lazy days outside were in evidence for our stay. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the resort, which suited us perfectly - there is a cycle path and pavement which takes you straight there just across the road....this path continues for a few miles through the resort and out the other side...a good, pleasant coastal walk, with places to stop for a drink or ice cream on the way. There is an excellent Italian restaurant about 8 minutes walk from the apartment at the golf clubhouse ( they also deliver pizzas). The apartment is in a block of four: the area being a mix of residential homes and holiday lets. We found it quiet and pleasant. We would certainly recommend it to friends and would book again. Sandy and Andy were helpful during our stay and are knowledgeable about the area, living a short distance away.

Home from Home with the added bonus of Glorious Sunshine!

The Apartment is spacious ,spotlessly clean and fitted out to the highest of standards including USB port plug sockets ,WIFI ,the wardrobe space is amazing (just remember where you have unpacked everything) .The kitchen is equipped with everything needed including the filtered "Drinking Water" tap which is perfect (also eliminates the need for purchasing and carrying those heavy large bottles of drinking water .. The outdoor area is just as spacious as the indoors, the front patio and garden is secluded and receives the sun all day but should you wish to cool down the rear of the property has a large sheltered area including barbecue ……. The apartment is a 5min walk to the sea and 15 min pleasant walk to the Atlantico shopping mall where you can pick up your provisions.. ..(Taxis are readily available to return home with your shopping). All in all this apartment is an ideal place to stay for those who enjoy the hustle and bustle of the holiday resort but like to be able to step back into their own private space and enjoy the luxury of home comforts as well as Glorious Sunshine. Hopefully we will be visiting again very soon. Thank you Sandy

Het appartement is heel ruim, evenals de buitenruimte. Heel grote leefruimte en slaapkamer. Twee gerieflijke badkamers. Ruime keuken met voldoende benodigdheden waaronder vaatwas, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, koelkast met ruime diepvriezer, ... In een aparte ruimte eveneens een wasmachine. Het appartement ligt in een rustige buurt (wel regelmatige overvliegende (dalende) vliegtuigen, maar dat stoorde ons niet). Je hebt wel een auto nodig, zeker als je het eiland grondig wil verkennen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstappen naar alle kanten van het eiland. Dank je, Sandy, voor je vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg en de welkomstattenties.

Uitstekend appartement

Voortreffelijk appartement , ruim,schoon en uitstekende ontvangst door Sandy en Andy. Kunstgrastuin op zuid/zonkant met ligbedden en tafel/4stoelen . Ook mogelijkheid om te bbqen in de achtertuin.Ons verblijf in jan2025 nodigde niet uit om daar te zitten ivm wind en geen zon aldaar. Indien weer naar fuerteventura zal deze accommodatie zeker opnieuw geboekt kunnen worden .Wel advies om een auto te huren ivm afstand winkels en Caleta de Fuste. De busverbinding op 500 meter is ook een optie en goedkoop 1.40 per rit .

Winter break

This spacious apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing four weeks. Great totally private garden. Having a water filter was a real bonus and really nice that Sandy came in weekly and changed the beds and towels etc. It was reassuring that Sandy was available if we had a problem. A very friendly host. We definitely recommend this property. Thank you.
