Always love staying here.

Great spot to just relax and unwind. Maria is a great host and always on top of everything.

Io mia moglie e mio figlio Abbiamo soggiornato prezzo case vacanza Lumia a Sciacca dal 1/7/2019 al 14/7/2019 al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato del personale ad attenderci presso la casa vacanza ci ha dato le informazioni del caso è già consegnato le chiavi devo dire che l'appartamento risulta essere ben accessoriato in fatto di stoviglie bello luminoso arieggiato e gode di una vista spettacolare sul mare è dotato di aria condizionata lavatrice è stato possibile inoltre affittare sdraie ombrelloni e teli mare ad una cifra Direi molto ragionevole la spiaggia si trova a pochi passi si raggiunge tramite una scalinata il mare è bellissimo ,avrei preferito una cura Maggiore della spiaggia ma capisco che in quanto libera il proprietario della casa vacanza non ha voce in capitolo. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Maria e al suo collaboratore che si sono dimostrati molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Spero di ritornare presto

Beautiful views and relaxing apartment

Everything about the holiday apartment is good: comfortable bed, mosquito screens, good shower, kitchen properly supplied with equipment so you can cook and enjoy meals on the terraces. 2 minutes from the nearest beach with lovely swimming in warm sea. Office administration and welcome were brilliant. Guests are left to be private, but have back up if needed. The area is quiet but you can drive to Sciacca for shops, restaurants, bars and more fabulous views. Only negative point about area is the rubbish pollution which spoils the beauty.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in Strandnähe und mit Blick aufs Meer ist super. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Sciacca, wo man Einkäufe erledigen, einen Stadtbummel machen oder auch Essen gehen kann. Die Organisation war prima, alles verlief problemlos. Wir hatten für 9 Tage / Nächte gebucht und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Séjour reposant près de la mer.

Appartement intéressant pour une semaine, un peu moins adapté à notre séjour de 2 nuits. Obligation d'acheter sel ,huile....il n'y a absolument rien. L'appartement est simple mais propre. Attention, l'adresse donnée par Abritel n'est pas la bonne et l'arrivée peut être compliquée.

Je suis désolé que vous avez eu problème pour arrive, nous conseillons à nos clients, de nous contacter presonalmente avant leur arrivée, pour rendre le séjour agréable, déjà sur la route d'arrivée. Sciacca ist ein reizender und unaufdringlicher Ort mit allem, was man braucht.

Das Anfahren des Hauses ist eine kleine Herausforderung aber dann hat man eine Traumlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bei der Toilette muss man zu viert Geduld mitbringen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Gute Wahl, um mal ein paar Tage gründlich abzuschalten

Die Fotos geben gut wieder, was einen hier erwartet... Eine ruhige, ausreichend große Ferienwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche und Bad mit Dusche. Zur Dusche sei angemerkt, daß sie nicht sehr groß ist. Für mich 1,75/90 gings noch ganz gut, beleibtere sollten sich vielleicht ein Foto und die Maße geben lassen, nützt ja nix, wenn einem sowas dann den Urlaub vermiest ;-) Einen Backofen gibt es leider nicht, aber Mikrowelle oder kleiner Tischbackofen konnte Maria ruck-zuck organisieren. Eine Kaffemaschine war bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht da, dafür aber zwei Espresso-Kännchen für die Herdflamme. Bin mir aber sicher, daß sich die Vermieter auf vorherige Anfrage auch darum gerne kümmern würden. Ich bin zum Frühstück eh lieber an den Hafen von Sciacca (10 min) gefahren. Das soll eher Information als Kritik gewesen sein, jetzt mal, was ich wirklich gut fand. Ein Highlight sind die zwei ausladenden Balkone (ca. je 20-25 qm groß), jeweils von Schlafzimmer oder Wohnküche aus zugänglich. Einer davon ist möbliert mit Tisch + vier Stühle. Sehr gut sind die Türladen mit verstellbaren Lamellen und Moskitonetzen. Zum Strand (etwas kieselig, aber eine Sandstelle fürs Handtuch findet man immer) ist es nur ein Katzensprung, lediglich ein paar Höhenmeter müssen überwunden werden. Mehr als 6 Leute waren nie mit mir zusammen am Wasser (Ende September), ganz angenehm... In der Nähe gibt es ausserdem leider nicht viel, daher ist Mobilität Pflicht. Palermo ist mit dem Auto in 1 1/4 Stunde zu erreichen und viele Ausflugsziele sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vom Vermieter werden aber auch Touren und Ausflüge angeboten. Zusammenfassend: Ich habe hier wunderschöne 9 Tage Urlaub verlebt, je im Wechsel einen Tag am Strand/Terrasse und den nächsten irgendwo hin fahren und was angucken und essen gehen (Restaurants o.ä. nicht in Gehweite). Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

vacanze tranquille e confortevoli a Sciacca

ho trascorso 5 giorni presso questa struttura a Sciacca, un bell'appartamento con terrazzo vista mare, completamente arredato e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, dove nonostante sprovviste dell'automobile siamo riuscite a fare delle belle gite, spero di tornare presto.

superbe sejour

Nous avons passé une semaine féérique dans cet appartement très confortable et à la propreté impeccable. Idéalement situé à 5 minutes de sciacca, une charmante petite ville chargée d'histoire, la résidence est littéralement à 2 pas de la plage et les appartement bénéficient d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. l'accueil de maria et ignazio a été très chaleureux sans être intrusif. bref, un séjour parfait et rare merci

Super!

Wir hatten eigentlich die Dachwohnung gemietet, aber der Vermieter hat uns freundlicherweise die größere Wohnung im 1. Stock gegeben. Es ist alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das beste ist natürlich, dass das Meer direkt vor der Tür liegt. Man sieht und hört es den ganzen Tag. Einfach erholsam. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig, wir waren am Strand oft alleine. Der Vermieter hat ein Reisebüro in Sciacca, eine Angestellte spricht deutsch und sie waren uns sehr behilflich. Super nett, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich, alles funktioniert. Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits sind die Betten, man spürt die Federn sehr durch und wir sind keine Schwergewichte. Es ist auch sehr hellhörig, besonders aus der oberen Wohnung hört man alles, bei leichtem Schlaf und in der Hauptsaison mag das ein Problem sein. Für uns hat alles gepasst und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und auch unseren Freunden diese Wohnung empfehlen!
