Struttura meravigliosa: curatissima, pulitissima e in posizione strategica. Abbiamo girato molto durante il soggiorno per visitare la splendida Sicilia e alla sera non vedevamo l’ora di tornare in questo spazio accogliente ed elegante. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili…come del resto lo sono i siciliani.

Beautiful view

We loved our stay! So much to do and see close by. The view from the terrace was amazing! House had everything we needed, especially appreciated the beach umbrella!!It would be really fabulous to have air conditioning in the second bedroom, but our kids survived!

Wonderful views

We felt welcome and comfortable during our two-week stay at Giovanni & Luisa's house. The views are lovely, looking across to the sea. The property has an olive grove and a small vineyard. Giovanni generously gave us olive oil made from his property and white wine. We took several day trips. The best were to Erice, Zingo Nature Reserve (wonderful beach coves, nice and deep for swimming), Segesta and Selinunte, for ancient ruins and history. We went further afield to Palermo and Ceflau, both nice but not nearly as good as Erice, which is much closer. Take the funicular to Erice from Trapani; it's fabulous! We spent a lot of time reading and eating on the terrace. It is private and relaxing. We would love to return.

Wonderful Seaview, Premium Host

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr ruhig, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und funktional. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Lovely comfortable and spacious house, great view

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The hosts contacted us and gave very precise directions and a photo of the front of the gated property from the road so we knew what to look for! It is a lovely property that sits independently from the owners home surrounded by vines and overlooking the sea. The owners are on hand to answer any questions but were not intrusive. The outside area is where we spent the most time. There is a covered area with a large table and chairs as well. The terrace gets the sun in the morning and for part of the afternoon. So we spent our days there in the morning and then went out late afternoon/ evening when it’s a lot cooler to visit nearby places such as TRAPANI and Erice. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family visiting Sicily with a hire car.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, wie in der Anzeige.Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich sogar um unseren Müll gekümmert. Wir könnten auf dem Grundstück parken, dass eingezäunt war . Leider ist das Haus etwas außerhalb, so dass wir immer mit dem Auto zum Strand oder ins Dorf fahren mußten. Dafür eine schöne Aussicht. Ich würde das Haus weiter empfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Terrazza sul Mare! Giovanni was the perfect host, and we particularly loved that he left a bottle of his home produced olive oil for us to use. The house was extremely clean, beds and sofas were super comfy and the view from the terrace was amazing. Thank you so much for having us!

Très agréable séjour !

Giovanni et Luisa sont très gentils, la maison récente est dans un état irréprochable, très propre, propose absolument tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Des cadeaux vous attendent à votre arrivée, dont des produits au frais, ce qui est très plaisant en cette chaleur. La vue panoramique sur la mer est magnifique. La situation géographique permet un accès mer rapide ainsi qu'aux autoroutes pour sillonner les environs. Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre accueil, merci à tous les 2 !

What an amazing view!

All in all we had an amazing vacation! The Appartement is wonderfull, everything what is needed was there! We always felt save and secure. The view from the Top of the Mountain down to the sea is great and invites to some relaxing days. In just a couple of minutes by car you are at the Beach. Giavoanni is a Perfect Host!

Luisa and Giovanni are like family now!

Luisa and Giovanni welcomed us on our first day in Sicily and we felt like family! They were warm and gracious hosts and the house met all of our needs. The location provided easy access to other towns and activities. We loved it here!

Beautiful in the Spring
