Relaxing holiday

The owners meet you upon arrival on the road leading up to the villa, good idea if arriving at night. The apartment (we had #2) right in middle was immaculate, great shower, linen towels good and beds comfortable. Kitchenette very small but we did not cook any meals, you can eat on balcony fabulous sunny breakfasts, but no space indoors(some apartments more space indoors)if weather inclement. Very good supermarket on main road with fresh bread and deli, can get everything here, very important early next morning. Pool and gardens kept in great condition and we enjoyed fantastic views each day. 10 unbelievable beaches within 15mins drive and lots of good restaurants , but must have transport. Plumbing noisy, only negative; if you can live with that then you will have a lovely experience! Hope to return soon,

Reservamos y pagamos por un apartamento con amplia zona exterior, como una zona chill out. Nos cobraron por ese apartamento 2.200 €. El 2 de Junio, habiendo pagado la primera parte, nos envían la confirmación con el número de reserva y el número del apartamento. El 18 de Agosto, pocos días antes cobraron el resto del importe, llegamos al lugar. Nos llevan a un primer piso, más pequeño y sin zona exterior, tenía una pequeña terraza. Nos informan que el otro apartamento está ocupado y que sólo está disponible éste, queriéndonos hacer creer que no había mucha diferencia ( tenía las fotos del que reservamos e hice fotos del que nos quisieron colar). Al quejarnos, nos ofrecen descontarnos 500 €, cuando después comprobamos en la web que es el precio real del apartamento pequeño. Estamos muy enfadados, viajábamos con nuestros dos hijos. Tuvimos que buscar un hotel y un nuevo apartamento, perdimos un día de nuestras vacaciones por la estafa que nos pretendieron hacer los propietarios de Roca Rossa

Very comfortable residence

Great residence with a beautiful swimming pool, very well maintained by the hosts. The appartment is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Nice view on the beach. The host lives in the appartment just above so communication is easy. The beaches around are superb, however as it is quite close to Olbia they were very crowded in August.

Schöne Tage in Rocca Rosa

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in der Residenz Rocca Rosa sehr genoßen, v.a. den schönen Pool, den tollen Ausblick au die Küste und die Vielzahl der mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbaren Strände. Das Appartment ist etwas einfach eingerichtet (wenig Schränke/Platz, kein Spülmaschine, etc.), hat dafür aber eine schöne Terrasse. Das WLAN war so schlecht, dass es nicht nutzbar war.

Ruhige Oase in der nähe von San Teodoro

Super Anlage, alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen klein für 4 Personen, da man aber meistens draussen ist halb so schlimm. Die Küche ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet was es braucht. Mann ist auf ein Auto angewiesen da ein bisschen abgelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man inerhalb 10 Min. am Strand/ Dorf/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants zum Flughafen ca. 30 Min. Olbia. Wunderbarer grosser Pool und Whirpool mit Meerblick.

Un allotjament de molta tranquilitat

Es un lloc fantàstic , amb unes vistes espectaculars , tan els apartaments com el exterior molt ben cuidats. piscina i zona relax espectacular. Zona barbacoa molt potent ,totes les platges bones a maxim 15 0 20 minuts .

Lovely residence with amazing sea side view

We stayed 2 weeks in the residence and we had a good appartment which had a terasse with sea view. It was clean and tidy and was enough for a family with 4 persons. The location itself was clean and the owner was always present which helped a lot as no open questions where unanswered. The pool was amazing and was cleaned every night. We could see the beach and the sea and had a lovely stay at roccarosa. There was a BBQ area which could be used as well as a relax area with lounge couches to be used and watch the beaches. There was also a jacuzzi which was good during a break to relax. We would recommend this area anytime. An area with the best beaches of sardinia and the beach Lo Impostu is only 5min by car away.

Great Holiday!

Spending our holiday in Residence Roccarosa has been great!! The residence is very beautiful, the garden well-kept and the swimming pool is simply fantastic, with a breath-taking sea view. San Teodoro is also a really nice village to eat pizza and typical Italian food. I strongly recommend this place. I've already booked an apartment for next summer for me and my family.

Wonderful location

To admire a breath-taking panorama on the white San Teodoro famous beaches Sipping a glass of Vermentino is maybe the best experience you can have in Roccarosa, but I appreciated also the barbecue, the swimming pool, the appartments with wide verandas. You can reach the wonderful beaches in five minutes by car, the market is at 500 meters, San Teodoro at 2 Kilometers, Tavolara Isle 5 Kilometers.

Perfecto!

What a great place! The appartment was very nice and had plenty of space. We had a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the sea! De pool and jacuzzi are very clean. There is also a lounge set were you can enjoy the sea breeze and a wonderful view over the sea. There is even a bbq site where we had diner with the friendly people we met at the pool. The owners are present and helpful with anything you need. There is a supermarket nearby, a car is neccessary. There are 4 or 5 beautiful beaches only a few miles away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely come back some day!!

Fantastic location and accommodation

The apartment was just perfect for our needs. We were met at the local supermarket by the owner who showed us to the villa. A car is a must for this location as the villa is up a very steep hill from the main road, but it is worth it for the amazing views across the lagoon and beach. The little supermarket has everything you need too! The grounds are immaculate - the gardens are beautiful, the pool clean and well-maintained by Salvatore. There are plenty of sunbeds, an outdoor jacuzzi and plenty of shade if you need it where you can enjoy the views. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Of course, with the lovely weather, the pool and all the local beaches you don't spend much time indoors. Well-positioned, we visited several local beaches all very beautiful - La Cinta was very busy, Cala Brandinchi was too (but had a lovely garden area behind the beach where it was very peaceful - take the left fork when you are nearer the beach!) We liked Lu Impostu which was a little quieter. San Teodoro was good for the evening with some lovely restaurants and plenty to see. Make sure you eat ice cream every day! We did visit many places which involved some driving - Cala Gonone was lovely, Orgosolu interesting to see, Porto Cervo (not that interesting and very expensive!) The description of the apartment was accurate, but check which apartment you are booking as the photos do apply to several. Air-Con was a blessing at night, TV there if you want it. Wi-Fi can be a little hit and miss, but was OK. The owners are on site, but are inobtrusive but helpful if you want them to be. Very peaceful and would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone. E Hunt, Cheltenham, UK

Bellissima Residenza con vista magnifica

Bellissima residenza per chi cerca tranquillità e quiete in un paesaggio tipico sardo non lontano da Olbia ( 1/2 ora Aereoporto/ Porto Nave ) . La residenza é composta da 7 appartamenti con tutti i confort e arredati individualmente, ogni appartamento ha il proprio flair . Il nostro era nr.3 molto bello con patio. La pulizia e i controlli sono ottimi , i proprietari Sig.ra Mariateresa Sig Salvatore che tralaltro saluto cordialmente scusandomi per il ritardo per la recenzione, si sà quando si rientra nella vita di tutti i giorni ...... sono sempre presenti per qualsiasi informazione consiglio etc. Le nostre due figlie non riescona a dimenticare la bellissima e pulitissima piscina che c' è nel giardino , io e mia moglie il patio con fantastica vista mare dall ' isola di Tavolare fino a S.Teodoro. Indispensabile auto per andare ogni giorno in spiaggie che credetemi sono le piü belle del mondo ( Capo Molara 2 piccole spiaggie; altro che caraibi ) . Se giocate a Tennis al residenz farfalle ci sono 2 bellissimi campi in erba sintetica . Escursioni con barche e gommoni vengono proposte nelle spiaggie piü grandi. Colgo ancora l 'occasione per ringraziare i proprietari per la vacanza stupenda che abbiamo trascorso presso di voi. Family holiday

We stayed here both before and after a trip to Corsica and stayed in 2 different villas during our time there. We arrived later than expected and our hosts met us to guide us to the property in the evening. The villas were clean and comfortable, the garden very well looked after and the pool was immaculate. The views are stunning and we enjoyed time relaxing looking out over San Teodoro and the surrounding area. We had one problem on our return from Corsica which was that the fridge freezer wasn't working. We contacted the hosts who attended the following day at their earliest opportunity with a new one which resolved the issue. We had contacted Home and Away for advice on this who logged it as a complaint however we did not wish to pursue this and informed them as such. Roccarosa would be a highly recommended stay to enjoy this part of Sardinia and we leave with happy memories of our time here. It is essential to have a car to make the most of your stay here.

Résidence qui rime avec tranquillité !

Ne cherchez plus, vous avez trouver votre lieu de résidence en Sardaigne. Nous étions 2 couples et nous y avons séjourné mi-septembre, c'est vraiment une super période. La résidence est très bien entretenue, rien est laissé au hasard de la beauté du jardin aux équipements extérieurs tout y est. La piscine avec transat, parasols, douche extérieur, un spa, un barbecue ainsi q'un salon de jardin tout cela vue mer, le paradis. L'appartement est bien équipé avec tout le confort nous n'avons manqué de rien et la propreté est irréprochable. Nous n'avons rien à dire de négatif sur cette résidence. Nous y avons passé un super séjour et les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. N'hésitez pas réserver!

We Robert, Marion and our two girls Eva, 15 years and Lina, 9 years old, spent two wonderful weeks at Roccarosa. Near everything was perfect. The description in the Internet was good, the view to the see in real better than the photos and the booking process without difficulties. When we arrived we were hearty welcome and the check-in was very easy. Residence Roccarosa is very clean, especially the bathrooms are very modern and nice. From the very clean Swimming pool and the Whirlpool you have a wonderful view to the La Cinta beach. We followed the recommendations of the owners Salvatore and Mariateresa and found and excellent Restaurants only a few minutes by car. You can reach several nice beaches by car within minutes, a perfect place. Salvatore and Mariateresa, thanks for this great recovering. We will sure come again.

Interesting Description

Rocca Rosa was described as a lovely residence of 7 apartments. The owners forgot to mention that the apartment we booked was below groundlevel with a full flight of stairs into the entrance of the apartment. The only two windows opened onto a roofed air shaft and the panoramic view from the 'private' verandah was down a watercourse, below the groundlevel of the communal back gardens which did have a panoramic view. Apart from that, well furnished and clean although the pool was fighting a losing battle against algae which meant you could not see the sides of the pool when swimming underwater. We left after two days and flew back home to relax in our lovely, sunny gardens.

What a lovely location, lovely beaches with great local food. We had a lovely relaxing holiday where we visited busy beaches, quiet beaches, saw unusual birds and enjoyed the villa pool where our daughter's swimming came on loads.

Very nice holiday place !

We just returnded from a very nice holiday at Residence Roccarosa / San teodoro. Very nice location, run very well by nice couple present in background. Pool and Garden extremely nice , perfect view over Ocean /Coastline. Apartment tidy , well equipped, very quiet - no construction work around . We were lucky to be completely alone the first week. Beaches very close , car is needed.
