Great Location with Property Manager

Perfectly sized condo for a multi-week stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the Old Towne area. The property manager was great to work with. Unit is well labeled with everything you need.

Great location

Even though the weather was hot it was a perfect place close to many restaurants. As for stocking the apartment I have never seen so many spares left, it was amazing! I needed nothing…toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, so many things …

Great location for walking, Old Town Scottsdale!

This two-bedroom condo has everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, bowls, dishes and utensils you will need if cooking and eating in. There were plenty of towels and linens as well. The queen size bed is comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet and nice for walking - close enough to walk to Old Town restaurants and shops.

Was easy walking to Old Town. The area is animal friendly.

Was very easy. And the owner answered all questions, and if there was a problem she took immediate action.

Old Town Condo

Excellent Old Town Scottsdale location! This 2 bedroom condo is very centrally located and a quick walk to Old Town shops, bars, and restaurants. Condo has all needed amenities for a comfortable stay. Great a/c which is needed in those sizzling summer months!

Not suited for remote work stay

While the unit is equipped with decent WiFi and located on a quiet street, the noise levels between neighboring walls were thin. There are neighbors that played loud music, singing and guitar playing throughout the day and after 10pm. I had Zoom calls throughout the day and could not always conduct them in the kitchen area do to the noise level outside the bedrooms. Additionally, the landscapers came at 6am every Monday and Tuesday morning like clockwork and are LOUD. As I am working an Eastern timezone so I was already up but once again had AM video calls during this time. Lastly, I was unable to use the laundry on site as it is only coin operated with no change machine. If you’re not sensitive to noise levels or working this would be an ok place to stay.

Great Location, Sweet Apartment

Lovely stay in Helene’s apt. Location perfect and just a couple blocks to shops, restaurants, and coffee. Enjoyed my visit, apartment had everything I could want.

Excellent property in Scottsdale

Fantastic location within walking distance of old town, 5th avenue shops, Fashion Square, and tons of restaurants. All the amenities of home. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood. Hope to stay there again.

Great location!

My friend and I stayed here for a few weeks and we fell in love with the location. Helene also leaves a book of instructions which was extremely helpful.

Paradise park, unit 13, was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and the owner was very helpful w everything. The location was ideal for us. We could walk all over lower old town easily. We were in great location for spring baseball, and hikes in the parks and mountains.

Great area

Short walk to many restaurants and shops. Helene was easy to work with and the place came with bikes and scores of books. I spent a lot of down time sitting on the front 'porch' reading and drinking my coffee. The area is quiet and has a small town feel. Lots of people walking dogs or families out for a stroll. Pleasant place a short distance from the action.

This property was everything that it was described as and more.

We stayed here for the month of January 2018 and could not have been more pleased. It is easy to walk to the downtown or Scottsdale mall within 10 minutes. The FREE trolley stops right at the corner and you can get to many parts of Scottsdale in a very short time. We would take the trolley to one of the many park areas and enjoy a great walk back. It is also very close to the canal bike paths that traverse a good part of the Scottsdale/Phoenix area and the included bikes were great. The area is safe and very comfortable to roam around. The property was also very clean and we'll stocked. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone. The owner was very quick to respond to a couple very minor issues and had them resolved quickly.

Perfect apartment in a great location

My husband and I stayed here for a month while we were hunting for jobs and it was perfect for us. After spending so many long days out running around, it was great to come home to a fully furnished home with all the amenities we needed. Helene went above and beyond to make sure there were extra details like toiletries, extra linens, extra paper supplies, extra kitchen supplies, Netflix, etc etc. The walls are thick so we never hadn’t any issues with nouse. Location was great: it is walkable to some of the bars in Old Town Scottsdale so we didn’t even have to worry about driving. Ten minute drive to North Scottsdale. Neighbors were friendly. When we had one miner technical issue we contacted Helene and it was fixed within that day. I don’t usually write reviews but we just had such a memorable time there and will always remember it as our stress-free month in Arizona. The pool was also good, the few times we went. Side note— the mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable that we might get one for ourselves! :) Thanks for the great month, Helene

Wonderful

The rental was perfect for all our needs. Location was wonderful,close to all we could ask for. The neighbors were so very helpful in finding places we wanted to go to or see. We would happily rent here again in the future.

Location perfect very clean

Free bikes to use which was a plus since its only a mile or so to the greenbelt. Plenty of cooking utensils and towels and roomy. Owners very responsive and did I mention the great location? Walking distance to downtown Scottsdale and 20 minutes to most anywhere in Phoenix. We will book this again on our next trip!
