My happy place

We love staying at carol’s cottage. Being able to see the ocean and have coffee on the marsh is wonderful. I love after a day at the beach being able to all sit down for a family meal. This is my happy place

Beach heaven

Our stay at Webhannet by the sea was amazing. This was Our first time staying on the marsh and it did not disappoint. Carol was warm and helpful host. We can not wait to return in 2022. 💕

Wonderful Stay

We had a great visit to Wells and Carol’s home was our home away from home! The property had everything we needed. It was very clean and roomy! We would definitely come back. Thank you Carol for a great visit.

Excellent property, location and accommodations. Carol's unit is clean open and airy with excellent views of the ocean and the Rachael Carson Estuary. Large bedrooms and open areas yet space for privacy and seclusion. We loved our stay and hope to return next year! And Thank You Carol for having the weather gods give us a beautiful week! Big and clean with great views, both Ocean side and marsh side.

Steps to the sand and many restaurants nearby. The ocean air made us sleepy and relaxed.

Cozy in the Best Ways

Recently a group of five rented this place with the aim of spending time together. There were great bedrooms, two different porches, two areas for cozying gathering plus a huge table for dining. There is even a little nook under the stairs with a comfy chair and lots of light. Kitchen is well pretty fitted out though got a bit too cozy when too many cooks were anxious to get things done. I would go there again, in a minute.

Great stay!

We were 7 adults friends, who had decided to spend 4 days in Wells area. We opted for Carol's house and this was a fantastic decision. Her house is exactly as the photos and even better. It is so bright, the sun is always somewhere. The rooms are very comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. It was easy to go to all interesting places around, such as Ogunquit, Portland and for shopping. The Lobster Pound is only a few minutes walk from the house. We definitely would love to be back there again, hopefully next summer. Thanks a lot Carol for sharing your place with us.

Highly recommend

We all (6 of us) had a wondrous time. The place was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious. The back porch overlooks the marsh -- no mosquitoes!! The beach is right across the street -- we walked the beach every a.m. (while the guys were golfing) -- it was a 3.5 mile walk from condo and back! We ate at Mike's Clam Shack, Billy's, Varanos Italian, the steak house on Route 1 -- went to Ogunquit and ate at Jackie's, and 98 Provence -- all were very good. We did the cocktail cruise one evening out of Ogunquit -- only an hour long but weather and scenery were perfect. Thank you! Veronica
