We had an amazing stay for my family of 4. Our hosts were super communicative, and the condo was actually what we needed for our weekend stay. Our sons enjoyed a night swim at the pool and we loved eating breakfast on the deck! We would for sure stay again.

Huge condo right in the Abbey Resort! Lots of seating with a couch area, bar area, dinning room table, outdoor table, and outdoor lounge chairs. Condo has a great view and is quiet.

Summer weekend at Lake Geneva

Perfec tlocation for walk to marina and restaurants. Pretty property, nice pool, and nice balcony for lounging. Our host Lou was very interested in making sure our stay was good and easy. Very nice.

Loved our accommodations. Clean, comfortable, and great location to Abbey fun. Pretty view. Felt like home. Kids had a blast meeting new friends at villa pool. Owner very helpful and made us feel like guests. Hospitality much appreciated! We didn't want to leave!

Quick getaway

Lovely 2 bedroom condo with plenty of space for 4 adults. The view and the pool were wonderful and close to the lake and lots of great shops and restaurants. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We will be back.

Wedding Visit

There was an issue when we arrived where the condo had not been cleaned after the previous tenant. I called the landlord who responded immediately. The cleaning person was at the condo within minutes. The landlord was very apologetic and my ratings reflect that. He called multiple times to ensure that the issue had been resolved. The location was perfect for our need for the weekend and the rest of the stay was great.

Relaxing weekend

This villa is very spacious and clean. The location in Abbey Villas made everything walkable in Fontana. We also had access to the beach on Lake Geneva. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay for a summer getaway

Lived up to the 5 star rating. Great location. Close enough to the Abbey to enjoy the amenities of that resort but also nice to be able to retreat to the condo and away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Lou was extremely helpful before and after check in.

An easy stay :)

My husband and I and our three grade-school-aged kids come to the Geneva Lake area pretty much every summer. This was our first time staying in Fontana, as I wanted to be able to walk to coffee, parks, the beach, the lakeshore path, etc. The condo was very easy to stay in. Lou was very clear with explaining check-in. We had everything we could need in the condo. The TV was even easy to use (in some places I feel like you need a degree to figure out the technology!), and the check-out was the simplest I've ever seen. My kids LOVED the pool. I loved the beach passes. Beds were comfy. Lay-out was great. Everything was clean. We had a great, relaxing stay!
