Summer weekend at Lake Geneva

Perfec tlocation for walk to marina and restaurants. Pretty property, nice pool, and nice balcony for lounging. Our host Lou was very interested in making sure our stay was good and easy. Very nice.

Quick getaway

Lovely 2 bedroom condo with plenty of space for 4 adults. The view and the pool were wonderful and close to the lake and lots of great shops and restaurants. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We will be back.

Clean well-equipped condo as advertised. Very nice space. Owner was accessible and made the process easy. Nice pool, great balcony. Kitchen had everything needed.

Wedding Visit

There was an issue when we arrived where the condo had not been cleaned after the previous tenant. I called the landlord who responded immediately. The cleaning person was at the condo within minutes. The landlord was very apologetic and my ratings reflect that. He called multiple times to ensure that the issue had been resolved. The location was perfect for our need for the weekend and the rest of the stay was great.

Relaxing weekend

This villa is very spacious and clean. The location in Abbey Villas made everything walkable in Fontana. We also had access to the beach on Lake Geneva. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay for a summer getaway

Lived up to the 5 star rating. Great location. Close enough to the Abbey to enjoy the amenities of that resort but also nice to be able to retreat to the condo and away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Lou was extremely helpful before and after check in.

An easy stay :)

My husband and I and our three grade-school-aged kids come to the Geneva Lake area pretty much every summer. This was our first time staying in Fontana, as I wanted to be able to walk to coffee, parks, the beach, the lakeshore path, etc. The condo was very easy to stay in. Lou was very clear with explaining check-in. We had everything we could need in the condo. The TV was even easy to use (in some places I feel like you need a degree to figure out the technology!), and the check-out was the simplest I've ever seen. My kids LOVED the pool. I loved the beach passes. Beds were comfy. Lay-out was great. Everything was clean. We had a great, relaxing stay!

Home away from home

Check-in and parking were a breeze. Condo was clean, well decorated and updated. Balcony/porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee and just relaxing. Owner of property so accommodating.

Great weekend getaway!

My family of four (husband, 2 y/o, and 4 month old baby) had a fabulous labor day weekend at Lou's condo. It was very clean and Lou was accessible all weekend. The condo has a great outdoor patio overlooking beautiful big trees and the pool. The pool was right out the door, and nearly empty all weekend which made for some good social distanced fun. Lou had beach passes, and the beach was only a short walk away. It was a great place to escape the city and enjoy a quiet and safe weekend. I didn't have any COVID or cleanliness concerns which has been our top priority in finding VRBOs.

Great condo in perfect location

Very nice, clean, and comfortable condo. Perfect setting in quiet area overlooking pool and green space. We loved the close walk to beaches, restaurants, boat rentals, coffee, ice cream, and shore path. Condo was well-appointed and our family (2 adults and 2 teens) had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the deck and grill.

Our family has owned and enjoyed this condo for nearly 30 years, creating countless memories here with children, grandchildren, and friends.
