Wrong Location Listed

Stayed at this location with my wife while in town for a soccer tournament in Pontivy. Was misled by the listing which shows the tournament in Pontivy City. This home, which is nice, is 15 minutes outside of town in Saint Nicolas des Eaux. This listing clearly shows in Pontivy City. The home itself is nice but in a very small two-block town. When we checked in, nothing was open. Later in the week a bar serving tapas and a crepery opened but with limited hours. Otherwise, there was nothing in the town. The home itself was nice but the neighborhood and location were not what I booked. The property manager was very nice and helpful but obviously could not fix the wrong location on the listing.

Maison de caractère au pied du Blavet

Le logement est idéalement placé sur les rives du Blavet à St Nicolas des Eaux, permettant des randonnées et des promenades sur le canal en pédalo ou en bateau électrique. Le secteur est très calme. Idéal pour ceux qui fuient la foule. Le stationnement n’a pas posé de difficulté mais une place de parking privée serait la bienvenue. Les propriétaires ont été accueillants, réactifs et sympathiques. Nous avons été accueillis avec une tarte et des gâteaux secs maison. Attention tout de même, la location se trouve à St Nicolas des Eaux et non à Pontivy comme l’indique l’annonce.

Détente et visites !

Saint Nicolas des Eaux est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans toute la région. Nous en avons bien profité. Le logement est grand, ravissant et très bien équipé. Le son du Blavet nous a bercés pendant ces trois semaines. Enfin, M. et Mme Canot ont été accueillants, disponibles et de bon conseil en tous points. Grands et moins grands ont tous apprécié le séjour !

Ideal zum Erkunden der Bretagne

Mit Madame Cano hatten wir eine charmante und herzliche Gastgeberin, die immer um unser Wohl bedacht war. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci, Madame Cano, für die sehr schöne und erlebnisreiche Woche in der Bretagne! Holger Jacob und Familie

Una casa increible

Seis noches hemos pasado en esta casa de lujo. Porque tienes absolutamente de todo, y de mas. El apartado en el que estabamos nosotros, constaba de cocina, comedor salon, aseo y un cuartito para los enseres de limpieza, en la planta baja, Y habitación grande con dos camas, habitación grande de matrimonio y espectacular cuarto de baño, arriba. Todo impecable, limpio y muy cuidado. Para guardar el coche, te dejan un garaje que tienes en la misma propiedad. La población es muy pequeña, pero tienes varios locales donde poder cenar, un rio que pasa por la puerta de casa y, cada mañana, a las 8.30, te traen el pan a la esquina. Un placer de casa y poblacion para poder visitar la Bretaña

Calme, confort

Un hebergement parfait , très propre et confortable. Un calme absolu , un site campagnard et superbe. Tout le necessaire est fourni, seule ombre au tableau: ni SFR, ni ORANGE ne fonctionnent dans la maison. Heureusement le WIFI esr au top.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl unseres Feriendomizils.

Die Maisonette-Wohnung mit separatem Eingang und gepflegtem kleinen Garten war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Empfang der Vermieterin war herzlich und man hätte sich bei auftretenden Schwierigkeiten jederzeit an Sie wenden können. Die idyllische (am Flussufer) und zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung war geradezu perfekt, um in sternförmigen Ausflügen die Bretagne erkunden zu können.

Beautiful apartment and location. Apartment had everything we needed.

We loved this apartment! It was well stocked with everything we needed and had beautiful views of the river. And Arlette and Roger are the best! They are both really sweet and helpful. We walked around the charming little town and loved both restaurants. The baker even came each morning with fresh bread. It's location made it an easy drive to explore many other towns in the region and go out to the coast too. If you are thinking of visiting the area, definitely stay here!

Una semana maravillosa

Respecto a la casa es muy bonita y esta súper bien equipada de todo, no le falta ni un detalle.La situación , no puede estar mejor.Recuerdo esas tardes en esa terraza tan bonita leyendo y tomando my copa de vino y sintiendo el sonido del río. Los propietarios son encantadores y muy amables. Recomiendo esta propiedad porque se sentirán como en su propia casa. Nosotros queremos volver el próximo año nos ha faltado tiempo.

Perfektes Haus mit toller Betreuung.

Es handelt sich um ein gut ausgestattetes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen (bequeme Betten, tolles Bad). Die Vermieter kümmern sich persönlich um alles, sind sehr nett und bemüht. Alles super - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

A Wonderful week in a perfect setting in Brittany

We decided to stay in a location relatively central in Brittany so we could get to all or most of the corners of that region over about a week. The location, for that reason, was excellent. And the building [we occupied the upper half] was clean, well-appointed, comfortable. Just down the street is an excellent restaurant and next door is a tavern, so staying close by is not a problem. But we enjoyed going to other villages or towns and trying new restaurants [new to us]. Ms. Cano was very helpful and accessible without being intrusive. It was a great stay.

A charming home in St Nicholas des Eaux, quiet and comfortable

A friend and I spent a wonderful week at "La Sabotiere". Arlette and Roger were very helpful and the accommodation is spotlessly clean, attractively furnished and well equipped. St Nicholas des Eaux is a lovely village on a pretty little river. Very quiet. We definitely needed our car for excursions. The restaurants in town, there are three, seem to be open on an irregular schedule, and the food is not up to the really excellent meals available in the nearby larger towns. This part of Brittany is beautiful, the flowers are incredible and the people friendly. Although mid May is off season, the weather was lovely and warm and the landscape green and lush. A very special place.
