Thr house is close to the beach. There is a nice deck & fenced yard as well. We had a wonderful time even though there was a few rainy days. Ocean City, MD is a great family place.

Great House Rental

This home was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean! Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. We will extremely satisfied!

House was pretty clean. Listing stated towels and sheets were included but they are not. It also seems housekeeping is done by the renters. So you can tell things are a little dusty where regular housekeeping would clean. But beds are pretty comfortable and seems like an easy walk to the beach. Wouldn’t mind staying again.

Great location

We loved how it easy it was to talk to the beach! It was nice to be in a neighborhood. The ACME grocery store is very close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family.

Great time in Ocean City!

The whole family really enjoyed the location. This time of year was very dog friendly with dogs allowed on the beach. A great neighborhood for walking or riding bikes. We had a great time! Thanks Dan!

Ocean City June stay

Great location and spacious, clean, comfortable home. 4 minute walk to the beach when you hit the crosswalk just right! Good restaurants in walking distance and also a grocery store.

Family beach vacation

2 blocks from the beach. In walking distance to restaurants and street shops. Had everything you needed to make meals. Nice back deck and fenced in back yard for the dog and kids. Nice beach theme for inside. Would definitely stay there again

the owner dealings were perfect. Dan was very helpful and very nice. The property listing and ammenitiies needs work....not as listed for a few items. The single shower did not work at all. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are pass thru bedrooms to the bath which is quite inconvenient. The place is very nice and the backyard and deck is awesome

Great location

Furniture and decor could use some updating Being dog friendly was a huge plus but place definitely needs cleaning service between bookings and a good deep clean. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Back deck and yard very nice (bring your bug spray).

Perfect for children/pets

Cute little house! Fenced in backyard is perfect for kids to play without worry and quickly drop all the beach gear. We had two small families and the rooms worked out good for us. Thank you!

Great House; Great Location!

My husband and I are in our sixties, and we didn't want to leave our 14-year-old Scottie Dog at home. We looked at several options and decided on this house with a fenced in back yard so our dog would be comfortable. We couldn't tell from the photos just how close this was to the beach but decided to go off of other reviews. They were right! It was just a short walk to the beach. We had no problems crossing the highway. Our adult daughter joined us, and the house was very roomy and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walks with our dog. Overall, we were more than pleased and plan on renting again in the future.

Great location...great time!

Had a great time during our stay. House is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The fenced yard was great for the pups. Large back deck was awesome. Owner was very responsive on any questions we had. Others mentioned the bedroom situation. You do have to go through a bedroom to get to the back bedroom, but it really was no big issue to us. We had 8 people total. We were all in and out a good bit and never felt crowded. Well stocked kitchen. Overall a good experience. Would stay again if going to Ocean City.
