Very family friendly house and appreciated all the games to keep the kids occupied. Everything was very clean. Only negative was we had to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

Wonderful Beach House

This is a wonderful house, with plenty of room, lots of amenities, and located very close to the beach! We had a great time there and are already planning our return trip for next year.

Great for families

The whole property was great but the proximity to the ocean, having beach wagons available, and having a yard for the kids to run around was great. Brandon was very responsive and helpful.

My family and I had the most enjoyable, unforgettable experience staying in Emerson’s Cottage. The house itself wa. extraordinary: clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of entertainment and amenities you could wish for. We had great communication with the owner for any questions or issues we had, they were help in fixing it immediately. Highly recommended this place in the future.

Terrific Weekend

This was the perfect place for a multiple day trip. I personally appreciated that there was a charcoal and propane grill but everyone else in my group had other things they preferred (pool table, outside sitting area, outside garden)

Beautiful Home with all the amenities!

Our family of 12 had a great time with all the comforts of home. Great communication with the owner, beautiful home with everything needed for our stay, safe and quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to beach, stores and shops.

Love family reunion

Great location, comfortable environment and household amenities, useable kitchen for preparing our own meals. Lots of great photo ops to save the memories. Back Bay Wild Life preserve was my favorite. Kids loved the ocean.

Family friendly home

House had many things to make a family vacation enjoyable even on bad weather days. Tv in every bedroom board arcade and lawn games and pool and ping pong. Having the bikes was great as well.had a great time

Overall it is a beautiful home & location. Lolly’s ice cream shop right behind the house was awesome! Beach a short walk away and beach cruisers make it even better. House is very accommodating and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Nice house in perfect location

The house is near to all the actions. Bikes is really nice. Kids are happy with all the games in the house. Beach is within walking distance. The house have some beach toys for the kids, beach chairs. We can go to the beach in the morning, stay for few hours, go home for lunch + nap, and when the sun is not too hot, we go back again, The next day, its repeat :)

Less than five minutes from the oceanfront and boardwalk, as well as shops, dining and activities (fun park is on 16th street), this property is at the heart of the Virginia Beach oceanfront.

Beach cruisers are fun for the entire family! The Virginia Beach boardwalk is the best place to "cruise" which makes the bicycle collection a must have. We have two arcade games, lawn games and beach toys for the whole family to enjoy. Large front yard, patio and two grills is the perfect setting to gather the family and enjoy the salty air.
