Great place to stay across street from beach!

Unit was as described , clean & comfortable. Walking distance to Sailfish Marine, restaurants and beach. Derek the property manager is great to work with.

Wonderful stay!

Nice clean room in a great area. The property owner was welcoming. So many things to do in the area and in walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect little place, great spot

Perfect 1 BR with full kitchen, living room and comfy bed. Had everything we needed for two adults. Very close to the beach, easy walk even if carrying chairs. Beach is great, too. Host was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

This was an adorable little cottage. Very clean and well maintained. The beach access was close and restaurants were an easy walk.

Beautiful oasis!

Away from the crush, crowds, and noise of the mainland, this oasis in the beautiful village of Palm Beach Shores provides a beautiful tropical retreat. Derek takes meticulous loving care of this lovely boutique property.

Near the action

The apartment has a small kitchen, but is otherwise very comfortable. The grounds and pool are nice and the beach, restaurants and shops are an easy walk.

Very clean small boutique hotel, close to the beach, walking distance to downtown bars/coffee shops. Derek was very accommodating and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Would definitely return.

Comfortable Apt in Great Location

Very clean, comfortable 1br apt in quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the beach. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and other things to do made for a very comfortable stay. Derek was an especially friendly / excellent host making things like check-in / out especially easy. The smallish kitchen and overall size makes it best suited for a single traveler or couple looking for a good spot to base themselves.

Amazing spot on Singer Island

What an awesome place! Super clean and cozy apartment - even better than the pictures! Bed was very comfy, bathroom and kitchen had all the basics and courtyard was peaceful and perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Derek, the property manager made everything very easy. Can’t wait to come back again very soon!

Great chill spot near town

This boutique condo is a perfect location right down the road from town, walking distance to beach and food, it was perfect for my husband and I. Derek was great, good communication, cleanly condo.

Fantastic

Great place to be in Singer Island. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The shared courtyard is well maintained and really refreshing whether passing by on the way in and out or simply hanging out for a hour. Room is clean and cute. Derek is an amazing host!

Nice place for our Scuba trip

Derek, the host, is on point! He was always available, easy to reach, and very accommodating. The property is old school Florida. Like an efficiency apartment. It had everything we needed. Being on the bottom floor, there was no balcony to hang BCDs or wetsuits but there is a clothesline in the back that worked just fine, just member to bring your own gear hangers. We did not use the pool but did enjoy the garden area and had our coffee there each morning. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Less than a mile to the Pura Vida Dive shop. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Overall, great property. Derek was very responsive and helpful. Only request would be to improve WiFi signal in bedroom, we were unable to connect to either server. Will be staying again!
