Not beach VIEW, but the condo was beautiful and well equipped. The bed was so cozy! The residents were so laid back and friendly.

We liked the fact that we were on the first floor in a quiet area close to the beach and other places of interest AND pet-friendly, which is a must for us. The unit was equipped with everything we needed.

Beach bums

We had a great stay, although we had some harassing communications from the property HOA over items that didn’t even belong to us. Outside of that, we didn’t have any complaints. Close proximity to beach, my kids were able to swim and play pickleball with neighbors. Within walking distance of several restaurants and the pier. Easy walk to the beach to watch the fireworks on the 4th! Definitely recommend.

Amazing Navarre Beach Stay

This was our second year staying here. It was a great place to stay. Awesome view of the sound side and not far to the gulf. Very comfortable place. Really nice management on site. Will stay again.

Beautiful Beach access condo.

We loved our stay! This pet friendly Beach access condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving get away. With the beach just a short walk across the parking lot , the bicycle path across the street and the pool out the back door everyone was happy. Definitely will be staying again.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Beach View. The condo was clean and well decorated. It was convenient for our dog and the location was great. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. I recommend staying here!

Perfect for our needs

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and we really appreciated being able to bring our small dog.

Peaceful

Very pet friendly and a 2 minute walk to beach. Can not use pool floats or rings in pool which i didn’t like. But seriously, an overall wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would Vrbo this property again. No complaints of noise, seen a lot of those on the review, stayed at the beach everyday and the pool at least 4 times. Be a good guest and follow the agreements and everything was stress free, quiet and the accommodations were as clean as a hotel, left it how we found it. Check in and out was easy! Thank you for having us 🙂

Good location for beach and several restaurant in walking distance. Dog friendly with a convenient dog walking area. Windows are cloudy and hard to see through, also full of cobwebs. Very good response to any small issues we had.

Great location but not so great condo.

This condo was in a great location which made the trip; however, neither the condo nor the grounds were kept up too well. There was also a couple of on-site "staff" who were quite rude to the guests. So because of that, we will not recommend nor stay here again.

Great location for beach

Location was great, just a few steps to the beach. Needs a few cooking dishes, tub was clogged, and towel rack fell off the wall. Otherwise the place was clean, beds were a little firm for me, sofa bed was like all others, we had thick foam for our girls to add extra padding to bedding. Only provides one roll of tp for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels, but we knew this ahead of time. Needs more hangers for clothes and master bedroom has no dresser to put clothes. Hope this helps with others. Does allow pets, which was nice and pet area was right out our door a few steps, unit 106. Pool was nice and clean and tennis courts were nice and well kept.

Beach trip

The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. The main shower drain was clogged when we got there and there was a short in the breaker for the living, dining room both were fixed promptly. The patio was not enclosed, which made taking the dog out to go potty easy but at the same time was also a tad dangerous being that close to the street, and dog slipping out when you open the door or the littles opening the door. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, since the condo is at the very front. The 2 issues we had were no washer/dryer (which might have been on listing, I didint realize) the second issue and this was a bigger issue for me, the last day when we came in it smelled like smoke. Me and my son are both allergic to cigarette smoke.

Nice place to stay

The location was in a quiet area of Florida, our first stay in Navarre. It was a nice area, near grocery, gas, eateries, but away from the hustle and bustle of more popular areas. We loved that we could bring our dog. We were next to the courts and just down from the pool. The beach is a short walk across the property. We had a few issues with our condo, but management was quick to help us. King size bed is firm for our taste. The extra bedroom was warmer than we prefer. The hall bathroom tub water knob is opposite. The kitchen had most of the tools we needed. The house cleaning tools were available, if needed. Basic consumable supplies were supplied by us. The living area was exactly as expected, beautiful and very comfortable. All in all, we would definitely stay again and recommend this property. Thank you Beachview!

Disappointed, not as listed

I decided to go with an overall rating of a two (2) The first thing that I experienced when I walked in was the musty odor. The second thing I encountered was the fact that the unit looked absolutely nothing like the listing pictures. Different colors, furniture, decor… etc. which gave it a completely different feel and ambiance that I imagined and paid for. If you pay attention to detail and want to enjoy your environment, you would understand my disappointment. I texted management right away. Debi was attentive to all my needs with the odor issue and moldy AC vents, however I have not heard back from the owner of this condo regarding the false listing.
