First I would like to thank you for staying at Magnolia Manor. Our listing is very specific. The property doesn't have any gym so I don't think putting it on the review is relevant.

It is unfortunate that you felt disappointed of our property. FIRST, you didn't stay and SECOND, we sent us a full refund. I understand that our housekeeper may have failed to meet the best standard in cleaning, a thing we already discussed with her but trashing our property with all nasty words is so unfair to us considering that we didn't get a single penny from your canceled reservation. Luckily, a group of individuals who booked through Airbnb and stayed May 18-20 doing some documentary and filming inside and outside the house gave us a 5 star rating. How I wish I could also share a screenshot to show everyone that your accusation is not all true but I acknowledged that we have fell short in some aspects and a thing that has been corrected.
