Everything was clean as showed on the pictures and the stay was great. There were not enough closets and bathrooms for the amount of people it showed that could live here.

Excellent accomodations, very clean, hot tub was great way to end the day. Host provided everything desired for the beach and the park just across the street was added bonus. Host was very gracious to provide extra pack n plays for the grand children.

We loved our stay! The beautiful soft white sand beach is only about a block and a half away. We appreciated having all the beach chairs and umbrellas provided and my kids loved all of the beach toys! I didn't see it listed but there is also a large cooler in the garage that can be used! There are a lot of stairs but we didn't mind it and having the elevator that goes from the garage to all of the floors was an added bonus! It would have been nice if there was another set of silverware as we ran out before having a full load in the dishwasher but that was a minor thing. Communication was excellent and when we had a small issue with not realizing that bathroom toiletries were not listed as included, Jaclyn went above and beyond to fix it to ensure we had a great stay! 100% would book again!

We loved our stay in Clearwater! This home was very nice and we enjoyed being here for a week! The 5 stories was a lot for my parents but we didn’t mind all the steps and the elevator was helpful! My kids liked it here and there was a lot of stuff for them to use and play with at the beach which made our trip so much easier not having to bring any beach toys or chairs! Personally I wish there was just some more things in the kitchen for cooking and storing foods so if you plan to do a lot of that I would maybe plan to bring some containers or supplies you like to use. But overall really nice place! Being across from the park and pickle ball court was also so awesome for us!

We loved our stay in this townhome at Clearwater Beach. The elevator was wonderful for taking luggage and groceries up to the various levels. It was just the right size for our family of 7. The location was perfect: a few steps to a playground, a few more to the beach, and a quick walk to just about everywhere on Mandalay Ave. Our flight was early in the morning, but we were able to drop our luggage in the garage while the unit was being cleaned and go out to eat and then to the beach until it was ready for us. Ron loved having his morning coffee on the rooftop and watching the sunrise, and our granddaughters loved dancing on the beach at sunset. The hosts responded quickly when we asked if we could leave our luggage, and we really didn't need to contact them for anything else. The house was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed!

excellent location right near the beautiful clearwater beach. very short distance to many nice restaurants and attractions. plenty of space overall, lots of beach toys, towels, umbrellas and chairs which were a welcomed convenience. also plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. only thing preventing a 5 star review was the cleanliness of the facility upon check in. we found a few roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. the ceiling fans had layers of dust accumulated on them, clearly they had not been cleaned in a while. the fridge and dishwater also needed a good cleaning. some of the patio furniture on the balconies were damaged as well. overall just needed a little more TLC to truly be a luxury location.

July 4th to Remember

Our stay was great. The townhome was perfect for a family of 6 adults. Best part was being on the top deck, watching the lightening storms and fireworks compete with each other on which had the best “flash”

Close to the beach

The townhouse was in a perfect location. A block from the beach and the “start” of the strip without being loud or busy. The view from the roof deck was gorgeous both ways. Some of the furnishings (quality of sheets, towels, mattresses etc) were good not great but overall we had a good stay. We got in early which was so appreciated and we left super early so hopefully that helped the next group coming in.

We just got back from the most amazing family vacation in Clearwater, and this VRBO was absolutely perfect for our group, ranging in age from 2 to 72! It truly had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing, fun, and stress-free.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-stocked—especially for a beach vacation. From beach chairs and towels to toys and a wagon, we didn’t have to worry about bringing a thing. The layout was perfect for a multi-generational group, with plenty of space for everyone to gather and enough room to spread out when needed.The location could not be better! Just a short, easy walk to the beach, great restaurants, a park for the kids, and even the pool—it made everything super convenient and accessible. We never had to pile into the car or stress about parking.Every single one of us—from our toddler to our grandparent—had an unforgettable time. This home truly helped us create special memories, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend!

Great Location to Clearwater Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, particularly the rooftop area. The views of the Harbor and Clearwater Beach are wonderful. The elevator was so nice to have as we had elderly family staying who do not navigate stairs well. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Spring Break

This property is close to all the Clearwater Beach attractions, and just enough out of the way to be quiet. Two blocks from the beach and great beach front restaurants (Palm Pavilion and Frenchy’s). Great view of the Gulf. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. I think a hidden gem of the area.

Clearwater Beach Townhouse

Had a wonderful time and we were very pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room to hang out in the living room and dining room. We particularly enjoyed the roof top deck with the beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. It was also great to have an elevator that went to every floor and not to have to carry the suitcases up and down the stairs! House was in a good location and we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Jaclyn was prompt to answer my questions. Check in and check out process was very easy. In fact, this was the easiest check out we have ever had because we didn’t have to do anything special before we left besides pack our suitcases and go.

Nice but needs some tweaks

The location of the townhouse is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach. Plus within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The elevator makes the five floors easy to tackle. But there are a few minor tweaks needed to the property. Three out of four bedrooms did not have dressers or closets it just felt inconvenient to live out of a suitcase for a week. The handle for the shower in the master bathroom needs to be replaced. In the kitchen more silverware and bowls are needed. And the beach chairs need an upgrade, we even replaced 2 of the umbrellas during our stay. Just some attention to these items would make it a 5 star place.

Fabolous space for multiple families

It was very nice to stay at a great townhome four minutes from the best beach access in Clearwater and a ten-minute walk to the heart of the northern downtown area along Mandalay Avenue. The place was clean, in good shape, and overall just nice. There are nice balconies on a few of the levels and on the roof with great views of the Gulf and Mandalay Channel. The elevator works well and helps get all the luggage up to the bedrooms. The assortment of beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, carts etc., was great. The only small "issue" is that it's a very vertical design, so it can be hard to call up to the 4th floor from the 2nd floor when we are trying to coordinate multiple families.

Excellent location

The best part of this property is its location! It is walkable to the highlights of Clearwater beach. We stayed with another family and this worked well for our group of 8. We enjoyed the well stocked beach toys and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop hot tub and gulf views were a great way to begin and end our days. Would stay again.
