This is our secret vacation getaway in Clearwater Beach! These townhouses are absolutely perfect for our large family vacations. Plenty of room for our 4 adult, sometimes 5 kids group, with enough breathing room so no one feels couped up. The kitchen and baths are all well put together, off street parking for 2 vehicles, ADA friendly with small private elevators, and nice rooftop deck with hot tub to enjoy the nearly 360* view of the gorgeous Clearwater Beach island north of the Pier. Everything was clean as showed on the pictures and the stay was great. There were not enough closets and bathrooms for the amount of people it showed that could live here.

Excellent accomodations, very clean, hot tub was great way to end the day. Host provided everything desired for the beach and the park just across the street was added bonus. Host was very gracious to provide extra pack n plays for the grand children.

July 4th to Remember

Our stay was great. The townhome was perfect for a family of 6 adults. Best part was being on the top deck, watching the lightening storms and fireworks compete with each other on which had the best “flash”

Great Location to Clearwater Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, particularly the rooftop area. The views of the Harbor and Clearwater Beach are wonderful. The elevator was so nice to have as we had elderly family staying who do not navigate stairs well. Will definitely stay at this property again!

We loved our stay in Clearwater! This home was very nice and we enjoyed being here for a week! The 5 stories was a lot for my parents but we didn’t mind all the steps and the elevator was helpful! My kids liked it here and there was a lot of stuff for them to use and play with at the beach which made our trip so much easier not having to bring any beach toys or chairs! Personally I wish there was just some more things in the kitchen for cooking and storing foods so if you plan to do a lot of that I would maybe plan to bring some containers or supplies you like to use. But overall really nice place! Being across from the park and pickle ball court was also so awesome for us!

Spring Break

This property is close to all the Clearwater Beach attractions, and just enough out of the way to be quiet. Two blocks from the beach and great beach front restaurants (Palm Pavilion and Frenchy’s). Great view of the Gulf. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. I think a hidden gem of the area.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the size of the property and it was great for two families b/c each family had a floor with bedrooms and bathroom. Also the location on Clearwater Beach was perfect as we could walk to shopping, dining and the pier each day easily. The property had everything we needed!
