アパートステファニーは、魅力的な漁村のスチヴァンに位置する、広々として設備の整った最上階のアパートメントです。 中心部から1 km、最寄りのビーチから200 mの静かなエリアにあります。

バルコニーからは、ブラチ海峡と本土の山々の素晴らしい海の景色を楽しめます。

アパートは2階にあります。 エントランスフロアには、大きなオープンプランのリビングダイニングキッチンルーム、バスルーム、ダブルベッドルームがあります。 上階にはダブルベッドルームとシングルベッド2台とシャワールームのあるツインベッドルームがあります。 両方の階にエアコンユニットがあります。

My stay in Sutivan, Croatia

My family and I had a great experience in Croatia in general and especially on Brac Island. The ferry ride was great, Branca was very nice to us, she welcomed us with a big smile and told us everything we needed to know (since it was our first time there), nice people, very clean everywhere (on the island, in the water, in our apartment) and we loved our apartment. The location of it and everything in it. It was just what we needed and just what the web site and Branca had described. The only thing I would add is we would have loved to have 2 keys for the apartment. There were 6 of us, adults and one child, 2 couples and a family (parents and their 7 year old) all different ages and of course different needs and schedules and it would have been nice not to have to wait for each other all the time or wake somebody up in the middle of the night (getting back from a disco-bar or simply from a walk in town) to open the door for us. We would love to come back one day, maybe with the rest of our family and friends. You sure have a beautiful country!

Schöne Ferienwohnung gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Wir waren als Familie dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man war schnell zu Fuß am Meer oder auch im Ort.

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie führt über eine relativ steile Treppe zu zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern und einem zweiten Bad. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt als Familie ist die Waschmaschine. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft und ein Holzkohlegrill vorhanden. Der Balkon ist den ganzen Tag über angenehm schattig, mittlerweile gibt es auch einen Sonnenschirm. Die Agentur war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sutivan ist ein sehr nettes kleines Städtchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, die kaum Wünsche offen ließ. Zum Strand waren es 5 min und zum Hafen 10 min zu Fuß. Sutivan ist ein ruhiges Städtchen für einen entspannten Urlaub. AAnsonsten hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Wünschenswert wären ein Geschirrspüler und ein Wäschewechsel. Die Parksituation war schlecht beschildert und eine bessere Erklärung wäre gut gewesen.

Sehr sauberes, schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Lage ebenfalls gut. 2 min zu Fuß zum Meer und 5 min zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great seaside access

Property perfectly nice. Not luxurious but a good seaside base with very easy walking accès to pleasant beach areas and the small town of Sutivan. Car needed to access other areas. We had everything we needed right down to beach accessories ( cushions which are definitely needed for the stony beach). Electrify went out once but locate the fuse box and it’s fine.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito, ben accessoriato e molto accogliente. La vista è strepitosa e Sutivan è una località piacevole e interessante, ma in grado di garantire un adeguato livello di tranquillità.

Lovely holiday on Brac

Me and my family spent three weeks in apt Stephanie on the island of Brac and we enjoyed every second of it! The apt is spacious and close to the Adriatic with its crystal-clear water. The village of Sutivan with restaurants, pebbled beaches and some supermarkets is just a short 10-min walk away. The evenings we had on the balcony looking and listening at the sea were fantastic. If you are looking for party this will not be your preferable choice, but tranquility sure will. We are really looking forward to coming back next summer!

Spacious apartment, amazing view, lovely town.

We really enjoyed our stay at apartment Stephanie. 7 of us stayed at the apartment but it never felt cramped due to the open plan of the living room/ kitchen. The view from the balcony is stunning and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. The beach is only a short walk away, and is beautiful. The directions to the apartment were well explained and the overall journey from Split airport to the apartment (with no car) although long was relatively stress free. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were given 2 keys which made splitting up for different activities easy. We didn’t have a car so relied upon taxis for travel. I would recommend a car in order to see more of the island. Overall we are very happy and have no complaints. :)

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, nah am Meer, mit super schöner Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Kirche im Hafen, der auch zu Fuß prima zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht (bis auf die Spülmaschine vlt.) es war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Als einzige Verbesserung würde ich mehr Kleiderschränke im Obergeschoss vorschlagen. Kurz zum Ort Sutivan, der ist wunderschön, nicht zu touristisch und hat noch den eigenen Flair, er hat für jedes Alter etwas zu bieten.

Schönes Apartment, leider ein wenig vernachlässigt

Das Apartment ist schön groß, gut ausgestattet und auch die Lage ist toll. Aber es sind uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, die den Aufenthalt verbessern würden. - den vorhandenen Grill durch einen Gasgrill ersetzen - Möglichkeit für den Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon installieren - unbedingt den Boiler "leiser" machen - Klospülungen reparieren - 2. Schlüssel zur Verfügung Ansonsten: Toller Urlaub und Brac ist wirklichen ein Besuch wert!!!

Ruhe mit Ausblick

Der Blick auf das Meer und auf Split sind ein Genuss. Die Terrasse liegt nach Norden und kann den ganzen Tag genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und auch für 6 Personen absolut gross genug. Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar und in Sutivan gibt es noch etwas wie ein Dorfleben, ganz anders als in Supetar, zumindest auf den ersten Blick. Es war herrlich ruhig und für uns und unsere Kinder genau das Richtige. Die natürlichen Strände sind wunderschön und das Wasser super sauber. 100 %!empfehlenswert für Menschen, die gerne einen ruhigen Urlaub haben mit Einblick in das Leben in dieser Region.

wonderfull accomodation

The accomodation was wonderfull, very nice and clear appartman with brand new equipment and large terasse with the sea view. The beach was 10 mins by foot. The beach was available as for children as sea swimmers. I recommend this accomodation.

Great holidays on Brac

We have spent a great time on Brac! We loved the iland and travelled a lot - there are so many places where you can rest in quiet and beautiful environment. The appartments were very comfortable: spacious for our children, light and positive. Thanks for Branka - everything was organized very professionally!

Excellent Holiday

The first thing to say is that the photographs do not do justice to the actual apartment, the place was immaculate with every conceivable facility and the views over the Adriatic to Split were excellent. The apt is spacious, well thought out and the air con was really handy after a hot day on the beach. Sutivan is a lovely resort, quite small with about 5 restaurants, around 20 bars/cafe's but sufficient for a relaxing holiday. The water was clear and blue and perfect for snorkelling, although the beach can be a little tricky, without swim shoes. I'd just like to thank Branka at the girls at the office for an enjoyable holiday. We will definitely be going back to Brac.
