Quaint, adorable carriage house in downtown Saint Petersburg's Old Northeast neighborhood. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully renovated kitchen with 1917 charm intact. Master bedroom is huge with queen, bed, sitting area, large closet and many windows. Second bedroom is small with queen murphy bed, closet and one window. Dining area in center and sleeping porch with couch and coffee table. Internet, cable and phone included.
Alley access and one dedicated parking spot.
Great for snowbirds as this is a minimum 1 month rental.

Very pleasant stay; very well fun and friendly.

My son and I stayed here for about a week in early May. The property was clean, well appointed, and in a pleasant neighborhood close to St. Pete's attractions, including the marina. The owners (the Seeley's) made sure we had everything we needed and were attentive while we were there. All around a great stay.

Comfy Treehouse

We loved our stay! The treehouse was very comfortable and clean. The property is in an excellent location close to all St Pete’s attractions. Taryn and Hugh, our hosts, were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our stay next year!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well stocked.Our gracious hosts made us feel at home and of course the Historic Northeast is the best location in St Petersburg.

Great Location! Friendly host

Great location, easy walk or bike ride to waterfront park or downtown St. Pete, both are just a few blocks away. Some highlights: cozy apartment surrounded by trees, parking spot off alley, laundry room on the premises, fenced in yard. Great place to spend a month in sunny Florida!

Home away from home

We stayed here when our house was flooded by Helene. Taryn was the best host - so helpful, going above and beyond during our stay. This cozy apartment smack in adorable historic downtown is clean and cozy. Great location near Vinoy Park, 4th street, Hollander Hotel. Great porch area for lounging on those nights u want to stay in.

Perfect week

The location was perfect in the historic district, and close to the area we needed to be during the day. Taryn and Hugh were great. Their recommendations for beaches and restaurants hit the mark for us. I recommend and hope to return myself!

An outstanding place

We have spent January and February in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Pete for the past five years, and the Seeleys’ carriage house was by far our favorite place we have stayed. Taryn and Hugh were east to communicate with and responded quickly to any of our needs while being respectful of our time and privacy. The carriage house was roomy, comfortable, and well-kept and was within walking distance of the bay, parks, and downtown. We plan to stay on our future visits to St. Pete.

Fantastic hosts and property!!

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. Super clean, comfy, and every amenity you could want. It’s close to downtown, the neighborhood is full of gorgeous historical homes…it was a wonderful stay.

Superb carriage house

This was a great place to stay. Carriage house in old north east neighborhood within easy walking distance to downtown piers museum etc. Cannot say enough good things about Taryn and Hugh.
