Great location!

Cute corner spot with an outdoor/indoor feel. Super comfortable for the four of us and within walking distance to the party zone. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Medellin!

Excellent stay in great neighborhood

We were 2 couples from US sharing a lovely ground floor apartment. Situated on a busy corner but incredibly quiet inside! Clean and well designed. Helpful accommodating staff (shoutout to Jo!) arranged for airport pickup and helped with other travel arrangements as well. Great neighborhood. Would recommend without reservation.

Great location!

The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. Everything was exactly as advertised. It is the location, however, that really makes this place so special. It is located in a very safe and friendly area with literally dozens of neighborhood restaurants and bars within a block or two. Even in the middle of so much activity, the unit was quiet and secure. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at La casa del Reloj.

Five star experience at budget friendly rates

I have travelled to Medellin several times and La casa del Reloj is by far the best place I have stayed. First of all, the location itself is absolutely incredible. Just walking out the front door, there are amazing bars and restaurants at your feet (as well as a grocery store). The suites are immaculate and the views are awesome. All of the other resources (beds, showers, wi-fi, cable) are all five-star. Dore (the manager) was great in providing valuable information on where to find things in Medellin. Even though it's in the heart of Medellin, the suites are so quiet and relaxing. I slept great. Highly recommended. I will be back again and again. Why would anyone even consider a hotel after staying here?

Beautiful rustic and nature concept

Great location, a bit noisy though, especially of the unit next door is playing music or even speaking loudly. Otherwise, beautiful garden and layout. Host was also great.

Excellent Stay

Ive stayed here on every trip I have taken to Medellin. Excellent location in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the clubs, bars and restaurants. Very nice spacious apartment at a great price! The staff arranged all of my transportation and tours and is you very own personal concierge. Very friendly and effective communication . I highly recommend staying here if you visit Medellin!!

Perfect Place To Stay While Visiting Medellin!

Beautiful condo right in the center of all the action in Medellin. Walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Front desk/concierge was extremely helpful and arranged all of our tours, rides/taxis, and activities. Very friendly and really knowledgeable. Also available through whatsapp text message to answer all your questions and needs. Super clean and spacious unit with cold ac in both rooms. Highly recommend!!!

Great location and convenience

This has to be one of the very best places to stay in Medellin. The location couldn’t be better, a short walk from all the bars and restaurants near lleras. One block from an éxito express. The convenience of having your door literally steps away from the sidewalk. They have units with 1, 2 or more bedrooms so no matter how many are in your group, you are likely to find a unit that fits your needs. Most units are very spacious and highly functional. Some have washer and dryer. They provide bottled water in each unit. Another good perk that I really liked was that they provide housekeeping daily during your stay. Staff is very friendly as well. Overall, highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place close to everything in El Poblado

A spacious, clean place well-suited for a family. El Reloj staff was on top of everything. They had great recommendations for tours and drivers inside and outside the city. Any questions or concerns were readily addressed via Whatsapp.

Todo fue perfecto

Me hospede en casa de reloj en el apartamento jardín en compañía de mi esposo, mi mejor amiga y su esposo, la experiencia fue única, dentro del lugar nos sentíamos como fuera de la ciudad, la decoración y lo tranquilo lo del lugar nos daba la sensación de estar en una casa de campo, pero en un momento salíamos y estábamos en una zona llena de ofertas gastronómicas deliciosas, lugares para pasar rico, escuchar buena música y tomar buenos tragos. La casa es linda, muy bien dotada, no nos hizo falta nada, todo es muy cómodo, el internet en el lugar siempre funciono bien, la verdad este lugar tiene magia.

Nice looking apartment

I liked the design of the apartment Good location. The problem was it was very noisy and the garden area in the middle of the apartment was open the the outside. Suggestion to have a better walking surface across the gravel to the bedrooms.

A Medellin must!

Casa Reloj is a little slice of paradise I plan on returning to on any trip to Medellin. There are many reasons I was left feeling so awesome after staying here, but I will summarize, as I’m sure you have other things you want to do! First, and most important, the people behind the property are amazing! As with literally everyone I met in Colombia, they are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Johanna communicated with me for months about the property. She was always prompt with replies, thorough in her information, and thoughtful in not just answering any question I had. I ran into a problem with my airline the night before check out, and Ivan? sat with me as I spoke with the airline, offering advice or translation when needed. Beyond the people, the location of the property is more than you could possibly hope for. I was told by a few locals that Calle 35 is the best street in Medellin. You are literally surrounded by jungle, with a creak just down the street. Restaurants are everywhere, and almost all of them are high quality. Park Lleras is a few streets away, and offers a bit of centralized activity. The house itself is well thought out. Each room is clean, modern, very well built and very functional. The bathrooms have a unique design, and the living room has large windows that fully open so you can listen to the frequent rain. The appliances are nice, work well, and easy to use. I stayed in the Jardin apartment, which has a garden in the center of the apartment. This is as beautiful as it sounds, and not only is it nice to look at, it’s quite zen, as well. It frames your view from one of the bedrooms, and you have to walk through it to get to the other one. It is like a living, functioning piece of art that the entire apartment is built around. Lastly, let’s talk about money. Yes, the nightly rate is on the higher side for Medellin…. but…. that cost is not high relative to other modern, bustling cities. At roughly the same price you’d pay for a lower to mid range hotel in Los Angeles, New York or Amsterdam, you get a very large and luxurious space. I stayed in several other locations in Colombia, and saw a few spaces in Medellin. You get what you pay for. If you want a box to come home to sleep in, you may want to save your money. Beautiful building with a great location

Pablo and I stayed at Casa del Reloj from September 21-26. The booking process was very easy and the communication before and during the visit was always prompt and courteous. The check-in process was fast and we found the Eden to be a perfect choice. It was quiet and we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen as we had planned to cook many of our meals in the apartment. The apartment itself was very private, beautiful, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the daily housekeeping. We had a problem with the WiFi the first day but the staff were very attentive and worked hard to get it resolved. We really enjoyed the beautiful location and the easy access to parks and the main areas of Poblado. We always felt safe in the area, even at night. We were originally scheduled to leave on the 25th but due to the Avianca pilot protests, a flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra day. Even though our place was booked that night, the staff worked with us and put us into a larger apartment at the same price for the night. They also assisted us with transportation back to the airport. Overall it was a great experience for us in Medellin and we would highly recommend staying at Casa del Reloj.

Fantastic experience!

This property was lovely. The two bedroom was very spacious and the interior garden provided a serene backdrop to the accommodation. The staff was VERY helpful and arranged tours, massages, and even food delivery! The modern combination locks on the doors were very easy to use and eliminated the need to worry about keys. The staff was also available to clean or provide linens when needed. The location was in the best area and it was convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. It was a very safe and green area. I'd definitely stay at Casa Del Reloj again. : )

Great location and outstanding service

Every apartment is stylish and unique in design and comfort...The building is well secured and area is well lighted at night that is safe for late night dinning and entertainment....Great location for bars, restaurants, parks, walking trails and siteseeing...

A very nice place

Just finished our second stay here. Everything was effortless, the owner & office staff were friendly and helpful. The units are well maintained and comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, not a single issue or complaint. Definitely, will stay here again when in Medellin.
