Comfortable stay!

Check in was easy, the house was clean and so comfortable! Host blessed us with a few extra snacks and necessities which made our first morning so much more easy! Definitely recommend this host and home!

We had a great stay and most everything was perfect. Only complaints we had were that the fireplace pictured was unavailable to use and laundry wash didn't work too well

extended stay in Hobbs America

We needed an extended stay in Hobbs America and for one price we had everything we needed. Could've been just a bit closer to work, didn't have a television but that's understandable in this location and people can now stream on their devices thru internet, but the host provided other necessities. I'd say it was a successful venue and we would gladly rent it again.

Quaint country feel

This was a nice rental, close to town, but felt like you were just outside of town, clean, open, nice fenced back yard, which was great. The only thing that I would suggest is better gps directions. The gps states the location about 3 houses off, and when you do get to the house, it didn’t actually have the house number on it

Mother's Day baseball tourney

We stayed in Hobbs over the weekend for a Mother's Day baseball tournament. This house had plenty of room and was extremely clean. Absolutely no complaints! The host even had some breakfast supplies, beverages in the fridge and snacks! We slept in so we didn't get to make breakfast. This house was so cozy and I highly recommend over a hotel if you have to stay in Hobbs.

Peaceful and cozy

We really enjoyed that there was no TV. There was plenty of games to play and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio. Although there for business, it was such a great opportunity to unplug and reconnect without the distractions of a TV. Home was clean and cozy, in a nice neighborhood on the edge of town. Neighbors were great, our daughter made some friends while we stayed. Owner was quick to answer any questions.

Above and Beyond

This house was fantastic for what we wanted. We had a few business partners in town and wanted to have them over for dinner and needed a place to cook and host. This is a simple house in a location that is easy to find and convenient. The house had comfortable beds and was well supplied with all the plates, pots, pans, etc... that you would need. Now, above and beyond is the way that they communicated at every stage of the process, stocked and welcome basket of snacks, and even had breakfast stocked in the refrigerator!! Highly recommend this house for anyone staying in town a few days,

Annular Eclipse Trip

We went to Hobbs NM to observe the eclipse on 10/14/2023. The accommodations were very good. We had heard it was a high crime area but we didn't have any problems. I set up a telescope in the fenced back yard and felt very safe. The house is located near the end of a dead end road. I'll probably go back someday. I would say Hobbs would be a good place to stay and make day trips to Carlsbad Caverns, White Sands, Cloud Croft, and other places that are spaced out across the area. Hobbs has all shopping you forgot to bring.

Family vacation

Great house, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Great communication. Owner had frig stocked with breakfast items, drinks and snacks! Very nice.. would definitely stay here again!

Quiet place and plenty of space.

This home worked well for our larger sized vehicles for work. We all had enough space to ourselves and to share common areas. The location is more quiet than other houses in the area. My crew and myself stayed two separate times during our stay in Hobbs, both stays were very enjoyable for us.

Great house and rental experience

There were no surprises at this great little house in Hobbs. The pictures are representative--it is extremely clean, all mechanicals work, and the decor is simple and inoffensive. The owner was responsive and helpful, and the check-in and -out process was easy and smooth. The house is at the end of a quiet dead-end street, and there were no issues with noise, neighbors, or safety. In all, a great stay and highly recommended as an alternative to the hotels.
