Great stay at champions gate!

The house was wonderful everything was as expected. The house was clean and neat and well equipped. However, we would recommend adding face cloths and more towels..

Short but enjoyable stay

Property was in a great location. The neighborhood was very walkable and attractive. The home was spacious and well appointed. We arrived right at check-in time (4pm) and traffic at the gate made for a long wait. I would suggest not arriving right at check-in to avoid waiting in long lines. Check-in was simple and quick once we made it to the guard shack. Be aware that while towels and linens are provided, wash cloths are not. It wasn't a huge inconvenience we just stopped by the local Target and picked up some cheap ones. The underwater pool light was not working during our stay. It would have been nice if it worked but there was sufficient lighting on the lanai for evening swimming. The pictures of the property show an air hockey table. However, there was not one. Not a big deal if you plan on spending most of your time doing outdoor activities. The community has many amenities that we did not take advantage of due to some rainy weather combined with a stay of only 3 nights. This property is definitely a good choice for a large family or group.

Worst ever

I have been staying at ChampionGate every year for 5 years. This house is the worst. The house is dated and worn which is no big deal because we have it slightly cheaper than comparable units. However, the management is doing a poor job to get the unit ready for guests. Here were some of the horror stories that happened: 1. when we first check in to the house at night after 20 hours drive, the unit had no hot water so we can't take shower. We had to wait until the 2nd day to get management to come in to turn it on. 2. On the 2nd day morning, we want to use the private house pool and found it so cloudy and full of bugs. The pool pump was obviously forgotten to turn on. We called the management to turn it on and clean it up. It is not until 3rd day of the stay the pool is in usable condition. However, the day after, the pool is full of bugs again. We basically were only able to use it once during the stay. This will be a unit where I won't stay there again. I believe that I should be refunded or moved to a different unit which none of them happens.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we had an amazing trip. The house looked like the pics but it was worn. There were quite a few damages that I immediately called the company so they would know it wasn’t us. But beyond that it was great. Now the communication with the company was horrible. It was hard to reach them before the trip, no clear check in check out procedures. Even sending them my information beforehand was a headache. Would I use them again...maybe but that’s only because I now know what to expect. If they fix the damages the house would be perfect but we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Awesome

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was gorgeous. We actually just came home and I’m already planning our next family vacation at this property. There was just a few things we didn’t like the pool heating wasn’t working, but we paid for it. Also there were children or someone in the neighborhood who were knocking on our windows and running. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Florida vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property, we didn't have any issues. The house was clean and furnished nicely. Any questions we had were answered promptly, we would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable

We had a great time. Pool was clean and refreshing as well as the house. No washcloths, but I suppose we could have asked for them! Neighborhood was very rowdy for the 4th of July as many fireworks were going on. Could be frightening if not prepared. Overall....GREAT getaway time with family! Thank you!

Beautiful Rental

The house was exactly as pictured and clean for the most part. We did find a few popcorns crumbs and a left behind toothbrush in one of the bathrooms other than that we had a wonderful stay and will stay again.

Large family friendly rental

This property was amazing! House and pool were super clean— by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Food and groceries are close by. Neighborhood was beautiful and we felt extremely safe. We’d stay here again!
