We came to Key West for our first time three days after one of the worst hurricanes in their history, Ian, had grazed the island. The property was in great shape, withstood the storm. The unit, a 2 bed, 1 bath condo, was perfect for our stay. We had a couple of small issues, but nothing that you wouldn't have with any home (fridge leaking water on the floor, washing machine button not functioning). But the manager was made aware of the issues and responded promptly. The location is ideal, especially if you have a bicycle to get around. It is a short walk or bike to Duval St, but far enough that it is quiet there. There is a great beach nearby in back of the condo complex, but they do charge to get in. And if you want an umbrella and 2 chairs you pay dearly for them--$50 for the day.
We will definitely stay at this unit again if and when we return to Key West.
