Loved our stay here! Beautiful, quiet place. Especially loved the deck drinking wine, eating lunch etc. Easy access to downtown walking. Proximity is perfect. Susan was a gracious host. She dropped by some champagne knowing we’re just married. The bikes were a fun addition to getting around.

Wonderful location close to everything! Duval street, beach, park, bars, restaurants, shopping…everything! Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, bath and laundry, great porch, everything you could need! Included bikes as well but we just walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again and hope to! Met the homeowner also, she was very nice!

We had a great stay at this condo. It is perfectly located to both the beach at Ft. Zachary Taylor and Duval Street. We did not need a car or Uber at all while we were there and made excellent use of the bikes! The owner was super communicative and so nice to work with! The pool was relaxing and a cool respite in the hot afternoons. Highly recommend this condo!

The place was just right for us -- great location, great bikes, and a very communicative owner. Sherri also was extremely accommodating when we asked for non-fragrant cleaning products, which made a huge difference. All in all a great stay. Thanks!

Wonderful condo in a great complex

Shipyard condos is the place to be in Key West. It’s a quiet peaceful community in the Truman Annex yet just three blocks from Duval. This condo is perfect for a couple with one bedroom on bath. Fully equipped with a lovely deck off the Living area. You’re just steps away from the community pool. The condo comes with two bikes for your use. Highly recommended!

Amazing!

The condo is perfect for a couple, super clean, convenient for walking to everything from Mallory Square to the Southernmost Point to Fort Zach. Susan was the best and always available. The Karma cabinet was a lifesaver and such a great idea.

Return to Key West

We love the Truman Annex area and have stayed here several times. This condo was great and Susan is great if you need anything. We highly recommend here, just be ready for high prices for everything in Key West but it is fun.

A retreat for the two of us!

We’ve been to KW many times, first time staying in the Truman Annex. Truly the best location! Brucie’s is perfect for two. Susan is a great host, great communication. Everything we needed was provided. Location, pool, bikes, shareware to Fort Zack Beach, short walk to water front. We loved it all. Hoping we can book this again in 2025❤️❤️

Adorable, functional, comfortable, amazing location!

My husband and I stayed for our 10th anniversary. Our host thoughtfully left us a bottle of champagne upon our arrival. She also quickly/effectively responded to any questions we had. Great suggestions were made about things to do- with a sense of having an “inside scoop” known best to locals. The location is walking distance to everything, but also nestled within the safety of a gated community at night. Everything was well maintained. Would definitely go again. Pool area well maintained and very close to condo.

Loved our stay!

Condo was in a great location! It was very nice to have the bikes, used them several times. The complex was overall very quite and landscape was cute. Enjoyed the “karma” cabinet , very nice! Great communication with the host. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo was super clean, comfortable and had an amazing location. The balcony had a covered area with comfortable chairs where we had coffee, tea and breakfast every morning surrounded by tropical blooming trees and waving palm trees. The bikes they let us use helped us explore and get around. We would definitely stay here again! The pool in the Truman complex was a lovely place as well as the ocean swimming. Stay here if you want an amazing Key West experience. The hosts could not be sweeter or more accommodating. They are amazing people!

Great condo, perfect location!

My wife and I loved our stay at Susan’s condo. It has everything you need; clean sheets, clean towels, beach chairs, and the best part is the fantastic location! It is within walking distance to just about everything. We did drive down from Central Florida but only used our car once to get groceries. We had one tiny hiccup on check-in but it was quickly rectified with a call to Susan. She answered right away and resolved the problem for us. She is fantastic to work with! We will definitely be back!!

We LOVE riding our bicycles all over Key West and then sitting on the balcony, swimming in the pool or ocean at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach.

You will see we have one of the highest rated condos on this VRBO site. Please read the reviews!

We have nicknamed this place our Honeymoon Suite because we have hosted more newly wedded couples than we can count.

My goal is to be attentive to every need and have you leave our island loving Key West as much as we do!
