Loved our stay here! Beautiful, quiet place. Especially loved the deck drinking wine, eating lunch etc. Easy access to downtown walking. Proximity is perfect. Susan was a gracious host. She dropped by some champagne knowing we’re just married. The bikes were a fun addition to getting around.

Wonderful location close to everything! Duval street, beach, park, bars, restaurants, shopping…everything! Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, bath and laundry, great porch, everything you could need! Included bikes as well but we just walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again and hope to! Met the homeowner also, she was very nice!

We had a great stay at this condo. It is perfectly located to both the beach at Ft. Zachary Taylor and Duval Street. We did not need a car or Uber at all while we were there and made excellent use of the bikes! The owner was super communicative and so nice to work with! The pool was relaxing and a cool respite in the hot afternoons. Highly recommend this condo!

The place was just right for us -- great location, great bikes, and a very communicative owner. Sherri also was extremely accommodating when we asked for non-fragrant cleaning products, which made a huge difference. All in all a great stay. Thanks!

Return to Key West

We love the Truman Annex area and have stayed here several times. This condo was great and Susan is great if you need anything. We highly recommend here, just be ready for high prices for everything in Key West but it is fun.

Birthday Getaway

This condo is tucked away in the perfect spot in Truman Annex…we were steps away from the pool, a short distance from the beautiful water and beach at Ft Zachary and just a little walk from Duval Street. It was a wonderful place to spend my birthday and celebrate America, too!

Favorite Condo in the Shipyard

This is our favorite condo in the Truman Annex. We really enjoyed the balcony, bicycles and meeting the very nice owners (Susan and Brucie). Looking forward to staying there again next July.

Wonderful condo in a great complex

Shipyard condos is the place to be in Key West. It’s a quiet peaceful community in the Truman Annex yet just three blocks from Duval. This condo is perfect for a couple with one bedroom on bath. Fully equipped with a lovely deck off the Living area. You’re just steps away from the community pool. The condo comes with two bikes for your use. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay!

Condo was in a great location! It was very nice to have the bikes, used them several times. The complex was overall very quite and landscape was cute. Enjoyed the “karma” cabinet , very nice! Great communication with the host. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We LOVE riding our bicycles all over Key West and then sitting on the balcony, swimming in the pool or ocean at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach.

You will see we have one of the highest rated condos on this VRBO site. Please read the reviews!

We have nicknamed this place our Honeymoon Suite because we have hosted more newly wedded couples than we can count.

My goal is to be attentive to every need and have you leave our island loving Key West as much as we do!
