Great house in Greenport

Stayed for a golf outing with friends. House was great and immaculate. Location is perfect. Close to vineyards, breweries, downtown Greenport and islands end golf course. Highly recommend.

Getaway

This very clean, modern home was the perfect place for a little gathering with family. Spacious, open floor plan with plenty of comfy beds and full bathrooms. Super close to wineries and Greenport. Host was very responsive and accomodating.

Son's wedding

The house was exactly as advertised. Its a grand house which allowed multiple family to gather to celebrate my son's wedding on the North Fork. It is clean, modern and provides room where a group can watch sporting events while others can sit around the kitchen and talk. It met all my expectations and then some. Everyone in my family loved it. Thank you.

Trash Removal is Bad

We had a great stay overall - the house was a great size for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. I wouldn’t recommend this for families - lots of white furniture and white things! But for our group (all 30 somethings) it was great. The one, really frustrating issue was that we had to take all garbage and all recycling to the transfer station ourselves, which I’ve never had to do for any of the MANY home rentals I’ve done over the years. What was worse is that you had to separate all the recycling at the transfer station and we had been given no indication of that in advance, so we were sorting through drippy cans and bottle, etc. And, you have to put your trash in special yellow bags, but the owner didn’t provide them so we had to buy them at the transfer station. And the transfer station was a good 15 minutes away. So, the whole transpiring 2 car trunks of trash was a pretty gross way to end our time.

Amazing place!

Our stay was perfect! The house is so incredible and huge with plenty of space for everyone in our group. The backyard is beautiful with space to eat outside and play yard games. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Maggie met us on arrival and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great fits big group

A dozen friends got together at this property to celebrate an upcoming marriage. The house was spotless and well stocked. We were all able to sleep and shower comfortably. The house is close to the village and the wineries. It would have been nice if there were instructions on how to reach the beach.

The perfect place to stay

My friends and I stayed at this house when we went to Greenport for a wine tour. It was clean and spacious and we thoroughly love staying there. The host is always so quick to respond and very accommodating!

Great family gathering place.

We were attending a family wedding atca local winery. The brides parents were with us as were 3 of the brides maids and my son. The house is ideal for gathering as the there are basically two large living rooms and a huge kitchen seating area. We spent a full day relaxing on the deck. Walked into Geenport town (2 miles), and there was almost a car per person and the driveway area could accommodate many cars, easily 8. It was ideal for our event.

Great weekend getaway

Awesome Vacation

We celebrated 20 years of friendship at Greenport West. The house was spacious, clean, and everything we had hoped for! We enjoyed coffee on the porch, conversations in the main room, and meals around the big table. The house was a quick drive to town and to the ferry. The host was available and helpful. We had a great weekend!!

We loved this house!

We hadn’t been able to see each other as a full family for two years during Covid and it was a joy to be brought together and have a wonderful week at this house. The downstairs felt spacious and well organized. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The living room had great couches and a good TV for watching. The backyard was beautiful with a great grill. There was plenty of space for sleeping as well. The beach was just a short walk down the road and was lovely. We would highly recommend this property to any renters.

The home was spacious but not well equipped for 14 people. The house had a comfortable atmosphere.

The house had a warm feeling. Make sure you view the details very well especially room setup. Make sure you read very well about the garbage information. In general, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Property

This house was the best for our group. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, super close to town and the backyard was great for hanging out during the day. Highly recommend and would rent again!

Great house for a big group stay

House was immaculately clean and stocked with all the kitchen utensil essentials. The bed to bathroom ratio made for a very comfortable stay for a larger group - all beds were also very comfortable. Great location - very close to the center of Greenport town and the host was very prompt in responding to questions. All in all we had a great stay.
