Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Kathy, the owner, provided all the information for parking and unit entry including letting us know we could check in early. And also helped retrieve an item left behind. The unit is attractive and clean, convenient to Avon and BC/Vail. We would gladly stay again.

The communication from the management was excellent. The best I have seen. The apartment was nice and great location, as everything is nearby. It is quiet, safe and there is a nice small gym at the end of the hallway. Multiple simple restaurants on the first floor. We love skiing at Beaver Creek, as the runs are wide and the easier ones are on top and separated from the harder ones. Close to Vail too, for fancier experiences.

Beaver Creek Ski Trip

We stayed in this condo for 2 nights in February. The skiing was great, but we wish they would have received more snow while we there. We arrived at the condo late on our first night and it was difficult to find the entrance to the parking garage at night. There are multiple access codes needed to get into the parking garage, elevator and condo, so it is important to read the check in instructions fully. Also, registering for parking was a tricky process at first and it is important to make sure you are correctly registered to avoid getting a ticket during your stay. The condo is in a great location right in the middle of Avon within walking distance of City Market along with other shops and restaurants. It was the perfect size for our group and we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy but outdated getaway

There are some great aspects to this condo… and some things that can be improved on. The owner is nice and responsive, the unit’s location is amazing for walking around town and access to the mountain and the shuttle, the living room furniture is comfy and the kitchen is decently stocked. Some cons for us were the king bed (which was hard, squeaked, and was covered in some sort of plastic protection making the fitted sheet come off, how warm the unit got (despite us following all the directions to address this), all the Knick nacks and clutter (which is challenging with young kids) and the numerous emails. I don’t know if the amount of information required is a building thing or owner thing, but the amount of communication and need for responses immediately and well in advance of our stay was off putting. My husband was also pretty put off by the instructions posted everywhere around the unit, down to which glasses can go into the microwave and not. But, for the price and location, this spot was pretty great!

Amazing Place!

Amazing place to stay! Great location, walking distance from bus stop that takes you to Vail and Beaver Creek for easy access to the lifts. 15 minute drive to Vail, 5 min drive to base of Beaver Creek. Covered parking for one vehicle in the garage below the apartment. The host, Kathy, was very communicative and it was easy to find/access the apartment. Great view of the mountain which we enjoyed in front of the fire place. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location within walking distance to everything - gondola for slopes, groceries, restaurants, ski shops, etc. Condo well maintained and appropriately stocked. Ski locker and garage a huge plus.

Amazing time at this beautiful condo!

My family and I had an amazing time staying in Avon this past week. Our condo was perfect and in such a great location. (10 min to beaver creek and 17 min to Vail) would definitely stay here again! Kathy was a great host. She gave us great tips and was very responsive. Would recommend highly!

This is an amazing property in Colorado

This is an amazing property with a great location. It is super clean and chunky. You feel right at home. It was well stocked with plenty of towels and sheets and kitchen hardware. The location couldn’t be better and everything was fabulous. I would highly recommend this location and I plan on staying there again and again and again. Bravo!

Outstanding property

I would highly recommend this property. It was turnkey and made me feel immediately as if it was my home. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of supplies, from towels to sheets to pots and pans. This property was well stocked and an excellent location. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. If you were thinking about staying here, Please do. I would definitely go back and I wouldn’t even consider any other property. Well done! Ski get-away

Perfect location for skiing at BeaverCreek. Shuttle to the mountain is right in the parking lot. Walk out with your boots on and hop on the bus. Grocery store is just across the road. Easy drive in the evening back to BeaverCreek Village or Vail Village for dinner. Great spot! Would definitely recommend!

Avon Condo

This was a perfect place for a family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a fabulous ski vacation. It was close to restaurants and the supermarket. We drove to the slopes everyday but could have taken the shuttle located on a few blocks away. Overall great property.

Beautiful, convenient, and quiet.

The condo is located just above several places to eat and the grocery store is just a few minutes walk across the street. The bus stop is also just at the end of the parking lot, and if you want to gondola up to the mountain that is also just a few minutes away. The condo is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner and company are great to work with and I will definitely return next season!

Great Location!

The family loved being able to walk to restaurants, bus stops, and shops. The grocery store is just across the parking lot which was very convenient. The bus stop was just steps away (on the side of the 24 hour health clinic) which made walking in bulky ski boots bearable. Ample space for a family of four. The washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen made it a home away from home.

When you travel far for a ski vacation and don’t have to worry about anything!

Every amenity is covered from inside to outside! Easy coordination with the owner and a great ski experience too. Condo is conveniently located next to a ski retailer, food including great pizza; walking distance to restaurants, close to the I-70.
