We didn't go for luxury. We went for fun at a bargain and that's exactly what we got!

Disappointing

When we opened the door to enter all we could smell was grease. The cutlery was minimal and we had to ask for more. I had to buy bowls and glasses. There was only 1 bowl. The fridge leaked and had to be mopped up at the bottom every second day and the toilet was leaking, so we looked into the toilet tank to find an extreme mold situation. We repaired the toilet and had to clean the mold. The kitchen and bathroom are used to death. The vacation was quite disappointing. In retrospect when we reported the issues, Robin the Vacasa Rep. Was very helpful. The unit does not have Wifi so we had to rent it from WOW.

NOT fitting

Not fit for small children, (Yes they use that fishbowl filter)glass table, wrought iron furniture and showers only. Someone with a small child or baby would need this info. $70 Damage waiver is not refundable, layered paint and outdated appliances. Hotpoint gas oven not hooked up to the gas line so it still doesn't work. Appliances from the early 90's. Dollartree utensils and complimentary dishwasher pods plus a nice big Pot hole in front of the unit for a wet welcome into he#@ :) When we arrived the vent covers were all unscrewed from the walls and one hanging above a bed. The nice stained couches look like they stepped out of a clown show with a comfortable 2 inch mattress. Step onto the back patio and into the storage unit if you want to do your laundry, but make sure you BYO soap and don't step on any of the rotting oranges covering the backyard :)

Really enjoyed it

A good value when up against other options, a lot of ammenities and activities to enjoy in the gulf highlands area. Questions were answered very quickly by phone staff upon contact at vacasa. A bit of a walk to beach access, but could have been alot worse based on other units within the area.

Horrible

Oven didn’t work trash everywhere the unit wasn’t clean didn’t even have clean towels they where in the washer. Cabinets where broke it looked nothing like the picture. Just over all horrible vacation it was just a uncomfortable place to stay didn’t feel like vacation

Beach vacation

We loved this place!!! For my family of 5 we had plenty of room to relax. Was a close walk to the beach and had so many pools to enjoy to. We all enjoyed a afternoon playing putt putt and playing tennis on the property as well. Had a nice gas grill on the back patio as well so grilling a steak after a day at the beach just topped it off. We will definitely be going back!

Great location

This home was comfy, clean, and in a nice location. The only thing that we didn't like was the carpet on the stairs and the bedrooms, we are prone to allergies and sneezed all weekend.

Autum stay

The home is in a great location. The home was clean and accessible. The home is outdated and needs to be upgraded though. I had to buy a broom to sweep the floor after cooking breakfast. Other then that, we had an awesome stayed.

Great location, friendly neighbors

The neighborhood was great, very friendly and nothing loud. The beach access was right around the corner and across the street. The beach house was also across the street with another great pool and delicious food. We would love to return to this property!

Excellent stay

We have 4 boys so this was ideal. The place was clean, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and the location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a perfect central location. The place is lived in, but clean and well kept. Everything worked except a burnt out back light and no extra trash bags, Lol! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking at going back again next Spring!

Great place with a short walk to the beach!

Great place to stay! Minutes from the beach! The home was just as expected. I cooked breakfast and dinner every day and had all I needed. Toys, chairs, putters, racquets, were a plus. When I had a question, it was answered within minutes.
