Winter Park Family Ski Vacation
This is a great property in a great location. We had 8 people in total in our group and this home is laid out very well to accommodate everyone comfortably. Would recommend this property and we will be back in the future!

GREAT FAMILY TRIP
We had an amazing pre thanksgiving trip with our family at this vacation home. When we return to winter park/ Frasier this will be our go to spot!!

Summer Road Trip
We loved Ian's place! Everything you need all right there! Location was great to visit other areas, lots of hiking/fishing options, fabulous breweries for us adults to try, lots of places to eat and groceries close by and of course a Starbucks available!

perfect location
This home worked perfectly for our getaway. We loved walking out the front door and feeling like we could walk straight out into the wild and enjoy a sledding hill just down the street. Easy access to the slopes.

Perfect Stay!
My family and my sisters family wanted to getaway from the Denver area for a change of scenery. This was our first time to visit this area and it was so wonderful! The place was so beautiful and updated. Ian was incredibly responsive and accommodating to us. We felt very welcomed and relaxed. Beautiful neighborhood, convenient location and just easy and fun. My sister has kids who are 9 and 11 who loved the hot tub and foos ball table upstairs. I have two toddlers and they were so excited for the toys and kid friendly activities in the home. Everything was so clean and well kept and the beds were so comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and our youngest stayed in our room with the pack n play. Awesome spot for any group but truly exceptional with young children which was such a nice surprise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

New Condo in Winterpark
The condo has a new feel and nicely furnished. The welcoming food basket was a nice touch. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The bus stop is a few steps away. Great property.

Wonderful
We stayed for Christmas this year at Ian’s place and the whole family (4kids & 6 adults) were comfortable. They kids loved the foozball table and outdoor sledding hill and the adults loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. We will be back. Thanks Ian.

Great Place. Great Host.
The place was great. One the better ski cabins I've stayed in. Everyone was up to date and it was well furnished. Would come back to Winter Park and stay there.

Winter Wonderland
The townhouse was perfect. Plenty of space, beds were cozy and large, kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub was a hit. Ian even provides boot warmers for you!
It was very clean too. My husband and I both commented on the clean smelling sheets on our bed.
I’m not sure if it’s always present, but there was a homemade sled park in the backyard. We would get off the slopes at 4 and the kids went straight to the backyard to sled for hours- parents watched from the hot tub with a cocktail in our hands. And with all the families staying in the surrounding townhomes, the kids had playmates each night.
We took advantage of the board games multiple times-kids and adults alike. The gas fireplace kept the living area warm and cozy.
The kids loved having their bunk room and bonus tv room upstairs. It allowed the parents privacy when needed.
Ian was always quick to respond and didn’t mind answering any of my annoying questions.
Easy 5 minute drive to Winter Park, but the shuttle stopped right in front of the house 2 times per hour.
We would absolutely go back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone traveling to Winter Park. Thanks Ian and family!

Beautiful property close to everything in Winter Park or Fraiser
We had a wonderful vacation skiing at Winter Park. The townhome is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. All the mattresses were extremely comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. Kids had plenty of room to play in the back yard while the adults watched from the hot tub. The Lyft shuttle stop is directly across the street and is very handy. Everything was clean and well stocked. Thanks for an amazing place to stay!

Immaculate and inviting, our host Ian was a great communicator so informative and kind
Unbelievable that the bus stop was right in front of our door for skiing and evenings out in town.
The house was so roomy and allowed for so much privacy, house has a warm luxurious feel. The radiant heat so comfortable even with sub-zero temperatures during our stay.
We loved the hot tub and it was tested and treated during our stay.
Relaxing in front of the fire was amazing with a click of the switch.
We also enjoyed the great kitchen for preparing meals. We enjoyed eating together at the roomy table/bar. One night we grilled on the outdoor grill which was so easy to use and super clean.
Beautiful views. Mountains in the background and we even saw two moose in the backyard.
We were so satisfied with this great location. We really did not need to rent a car!

Awesome house with lots of room.
We had a great time on our recent stay. The house had great sized rooms, an amazing hot tub and was well equipped with all the things we needed. The owner was very helpful and accommodating when responding to emails. Loved staying here.

Clean, neat, extremely well-appointed; perfect for our family vacation
This property was absolutely fantastic. Our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) had plenty of room and everyone had beds. Kitchen was well stocked and more than adequate for all of our meals. Everything new and high quality, with lots of little unexpected amenities. The local shuttle to Winter Park ski resort stops literally RIGHT OUTSIDE the front door, and the hot tub out back was perfect after a day on the slopes. Easy drive to Devil's Thumb where we XC skied and snowshoed. Local restaurants and shopping a few short minutes away by car or local shuttle. It was everything we expected, and more! Zero complaints, and nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Ski House
We have stayed in a number of places in Winter Park and this place is by far our favorite. The house was very spacious and well appointed. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The free bus to the Winter Park base area is literally right at the end of the driveway and it was super easy and a quick ride. Ian was very responsive to all of our questions before we arrived and we did not have any problems once we were there. I would highly recommend Ian's place. Our family ended up having a wonderful ski weekend. We will definitely be staying again.

Best Place Around!!
No need to search anymore, this place has it all! 3 families came here for our annual weekend away. All 6 adults and 5 children fit comfortably with plenty of room for kids to run around and adults to relax! There were all the kitchen items you might need to be able to prepare meals there if you want (plus kids plates, cups, silverware, etc) and lots of room for everyone to sit around the table. The beds were all very comfortable! Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows etc which I really appreciated. Everything was so clean (and cute) that you really feel at home as soon as you walk in. The home is in a great location with plenty of parking and the bus pick up is literally right outside the front door which was wonderful! We all brought bikes so the kids could ride around and they loved it! The pictures don't do this place justice, it's even better (and bigger) in person!! The owners are so kind and have really thought of all the items you might need during your stay. They were great with communication leading up to our stay and gave us great suggestions of places to go while there. Can't wait to come back again!!

Great mountain home!
Very nice, new home! Well appointed with custom decorations and furniture. House also had some nice features we didn’t expect like the multiple SMART TVs and the foosball table. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our party and everyone was very comfortable. Plenty of space for a large party as advertised. Convenient location to downtown Winter Park and right off the bus route which will be great in the winter for skiing. We will stay here again in the future!
