Location was great room was clean. Can you use a ceiling fan or any fan at that in the living room to circulate the air that is coming out of the rooms.

Perfect for access to airport

Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would have liked lamps on nightstands. Highly recommend property for visiting San Juan and close to airport

Great little place

This was our first family trip to PR so we wanted to explore areas away from all the commercial stuff. This place was perfect. It's unassuming as the neighborhood is a bit aged, but its as advertised. Beach towels, washer/dryer, etc... all great amenities.

very convenient to airport

Just a 10 minute drive to San Juan Airport. Nice and clean with air conditioning. One off-street parking spot right outside the door. Great communication with host. Be prepared for some nighttime city noise (traffic).

Layover

Arrived at approximately 5pm into San Juan and had a 16hr travel gap to our final destination of Vieques. Very clean, comfortable & secure.

Carolina Stay

The apartment is centrally located to a lot of the areas we wanted to get to (San Juan, Luquillo, Rainforest, etc.). Very neat and cozy to accommodate my son and me. Great to have a parking spot out front. Definitely will stay again.

Easy Airport Access!!

It was great to stay in a home that is close to everything. We eat specific foods and to be able to cook in the kitchen was great!! The air conditioning really helped during the 90 degree plus, humid weather. Appreciate the host as he was very helpful with our requests. Will stay again!!

Great stay in Puerto Rico

Nice clean place in a local neighborhood wasnt sure at first but felt safe. Make sure to rent a car because its a bit far from the beach and San Juan. The AC was real cool. Need a new tv because of busted speakers. Confortable beds. It's a good deal !

This was just a place to sleep at, nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. Was nice and private. Seen someone driving around with a. Gun at night.

Feel like Home!

This place is very nice, super clean, and comfortable. The moment we went in it felt like home. The host had bottle water for us in the fridge and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is close to stores, supermarket, restaurants, and more. The highway is located minutes away from the house and it is about 10 minutes away from the airport. I will definitely come back.

Nice apartment

Apartment was nice.. The neighbors played super loud music like they were in your space. It was safe place to stay.. Hot water was never hot and the dryer didnt work with one cycle even with a small load.The apartment itself was very clean.. I would stay again!!

Brand new, super clean home, close to the airport

Loved our stay in this beautiful home! House looks freshly painted and remodeled. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, is brand new. Owner was very friendly. Marta, the housekeeper, stopped by to welcome us - very kind and helpful. This is a residential neighborhood with families. It was really nice to experience this and not just the hotel/tourist sites. Had dinner at Sullivan's BBQ less than 2 blocks - good homemade PR food!

Great centric location

This apartment is in a great centralized location. Great access to major highway that leads everywhere. The place was clean. The parking spot in front of the door is very convenient. The area might look a bit rough but we never felt unsafe. The owner was very helpful with our checkout process. The TV had many channels to include premium. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen is spacious and seems to have all utensils needed. The bathroom was also clean and equipped. Having a washer/dryer was extremely convinient. One sugestion will be a ceiling fan in the living room. If we return to visit relatives this will be our to go location.

Disappointing and unsettling

I first want to start off by saying please do not stay here. It is not cozy or comfortable at all.It’s a neighborhood with potholes the size of Craters. Our stay started with the host telling us the rental was ready when it was not. There was sheets all over the floor and the mop was was still there.The cleaner wasn’t done until 30 minutes after the host said the property was ready. We entered the apartment and smelled urine in both bedrooms.Then a bell started sounding down the street for an hour. Then the power went out but you can’t open the windows because there aren’t any screens over the windows so unless you want to be attacked by mosquitos don’t open the windows and sit in the heat. We ended up leaving a day early and contacted the host about our problems.He responded in a condescending tone and blamed us for all of the problems. Don’t stay here.It’s a waste of money.

Bait and switch. Not what we booked.

We booked/reserved a unit that offered a hottub and washer/dryer amenities. We had a very long travel day (over 12 hours) and we hailed a cab to the unit and arrived around midnight.Following the “check in” instructions in the provided email, we used the key code to the lockbox, it opened but there were no keys. We called the host immediately to let him know that there were no keys on the lockbox. He asked if I’d gotten the “message”and we assumed he meant the email; then asked for me to text him a snap shot or the lockbox and front door. Once he received the snap shot, he informed us that we were not at the correct unit and stressed for me to check my “messages”. Once I scroles up from the snapshot I sent him, I noticed he had sent me 4 pictures for a different rental. No address was not provided, just two images of the front of the new unit, one of the lockbox and it’s code, and one the bottom of the wireless router its password. He was gracious enough to pick us up and drive us to the other unit; about 10 minutes away- a unit without a hot-tub or a washer and dryer; not at all the unit we booked. We ended up staying at the other residence purely out of exhaustion and fear of retaliation. Buyer beware.
