Wonderful place to stay

My family of 7 recently stayed here for a visit to Indian Wells. The house is very conveniently located and secure in a gated community. There was easy access to grocery stores and several restaurants. We were impressed by the beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The property was very clean and amenities were excellent. Our kids had a great time in the pool. The owners are very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Old home needs a big upgrade. Broken furniture, uneven concrete, sad landscape and poor house layout

Pictures say a thousand words except when they're really old photos. This house needs a total upgrade. Love the location but for what we paid it wasn't worth it. The owner was indifferent to our request for information and then didn't give us our damage deposit back because we left our recycling. This was after numerous requests to give us the details on what were the details, dates and placement of containers which he never did respond to. Pretty lame barbeque, and half of the patio furniture was either broken or in poor lounging condition. If you're looking for a higher end home, you can look elsewhere, particularly for what he is charging per night.

This was an unfortunate experience for us. If you check all prior reviews, they are all excellent . Excellent comments regarding our responsiveness to renters concerns and excellent comments about the condition of the house & the amenities. We were contacted by renters and asked where simple things like where trash bins were located. Replied that they were at the side of the house. Second inquiry regarding the same issue which led to my driving from Los Angeles to the property,126 miles each way, to make sure all was well. Renters had moved trash bins into the garage. I advised renters that they could not be accessed by the trash pickup company in a locked garage. I thought I had clarified that , however, after renters had left over a month later, the trash was still in the garage; this time overflowing. Further inspection revealed valuable items missing and major damage to the property with broken plaster & metal on the floor. For this reason, their damage deposit was forfeited by VRBO and they wrote a bad review . I informed VRBO that I wouldn't rent to these people again.

Owner's indifference but nice house

The house itself was nice and quiet but the owner's indifference for preparation to rent to guests ruined it. The owner didn't even bother to provide all the bathrooms with toilet papers that we had to run to buy. And also we had to search all the corners of the house to find towels which we didn't feel like using. The house was not clean also. These experiences made us reconsider to rent vacation houses through VRBO next time.

Amazing property in a great location!

The house was exactly what I needed for my 30 day vaca. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house. It was hard deciding a house for a month long trip but I'm glad we ended up here. Peaceful community and the house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this house for anybody looking for a long stay.

Great weekend getaway!

This property was exquisite. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, large open concept kitchen and family room, and the master bath was humongous! Easily fits 8 adults, and an extra if they're willing to use the futon in one of the bedrooms. Not much room in the non-master bedroom, but who cares when you have the great pool to hang out in! Overall it was a great trip and everyone had a blast. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful home! Great location!

My family and I had an awesome "end of summer" vacation at this beautiful home! It was perfect for the five of us. Loved the kitchen and open concept family room/dining room! The furniture was very comfortable and inviting, and the home had everything we needed to make this trip fun, relaxing and easy. We spent a lot of time in the pool! The location is great! Shopping is right outside the gate and it's close to lots of golf courses and restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again!

I'm originally from Winnipeg Canada, Went to medical school in Minnesota, and raised my family there until I relocated to California in 1984.

I am a Los Angeles based Doctor. I own a home in West Hollywood, and my desert Oasis.
I bought the home in the desert in the hopes of spending all my down time there. As it turns out my time in the desert has been less than what I had hoped.

My medical practice is keeping me extremely busy. Yet, I do get to the desert every chance I get.

I have decided it would be best for my home in the desert to get a little more use. So that is why I'm willing to share my home with other people who want to feel the same peace that I do.

The house is safe and secure between the alarm on the property, and the gated community. Just look at the pictures. This house is amazing and comfortable. The grocery store, Starbucks and small local restaurants are less the 3/10 of a mile from my house.

You can walk or bike. (4 bikes) and of course drive your own car.
there is parking in the driveway for 3 cars plus street parking. We kindly request only one car in the garage as we store a sports car in the garage along with 4 beach cruisers

The architecture of this home is beautiful. From the vaulted ceilings, the great room, formal living room with a bar. Every bedroom has its own private bath.
And of course the property itself is amazing.



There is a putting green in the gated community about 40 yards from our house
