3 time in Costa Rica

We loved our stay at the condo. Pam was very nice and helpful. The complex was quiet and beach was walkable. Lots of space and the most well equipped condos we have stayed at.

Enjoyed a relaxing Costa Rica vacation

First time we rented the condo and we’re very happy. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent during all phases of our trip. The condo location is a little bit of a walk into town but for us it was manageable without a vehicle. Pools and grounds were very nice.

Great place, fantastc host!

Beautiful place, spacy, well equipped, uncluttered! Very comfortable bed, beautiful swimming pool. Lovely porch with comfotable outdoor furniture. Host was great. The place is as per description and pictures. Highly recommend!

Pura Vida- The good Life

Wonderful holiday. Definitely coming back. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. This calm home away from home had all the convenience of home. The pool was warm and well maintained. People here are friendly and do speak English. Overall a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay.

Would be hard to find a better stay in Coco

Pam is the perfect host with a terrific rental for your beach town stay in Costa Rica. She's local, so she provides an in-person check-in and regular communication. The condo has far more than the typical rental, with everything from beach chairs and towels to tupperware to a full supply of kitchen implements. It really is a home away from home.

Home away from home

If I could give a 10 star, I would. Spacious condo, surrounded by beautiful gardens in Costa Rican paradise. Everything was wonderfully comfortable: from walking distance to the beach and shops to amenities, like comfy beds, washer/drier and gorgeous terrace. Our hosts were amazing: accommodating, responsive and welcoming. It felt like we've came to visit a family. Can't wait to be back.

Paradise

Pam and Foster are excellent owners who are available anytime you need them! They most certainly go the extra mile to help you with anything you need, including what restaurants to go to and what excursions are worth taking! Their condo is clean and well equipped. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It’s is very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We highly recommend this property! Our family stayed in Playas del Coco for Christmas vacation to escape the cold Canadian winter, and it was absolutely perfect!The condo had everything we could possibly need and its location was unbeatable—just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and the vibrant downtown area. The pool area was a highlight, offering natural shade from the trees, making it a great spot to relax.Our hosts were exceptional. Pam and Foster were incredibly responsive and checked in with us several times to ensure our stay was going smoothly. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made us feel at home.There wasn’t a single thing missing during our stay—it was seamless from start to finish. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return someday.

A Wonderful Coco Escape

The condo is located in a very quiet and beautifully maintained complex, within walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. The unit is very well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully furnished with wonderful bedding. The pool and grounds are lovely for relaxing. We stayed with another couple and infant and had plenty of room to relax. Pam and Foster were available at any time to help us with any questions or concerns, we could ask for better hosts. We cant wait to come back next year!

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at Valle Verde. We called when we arrived. Our hostess Pam lives right across the street so she came over to greet us. It was nice knowing they were right there just in case. We had a car, but it is true we could have walked most places we went. Unit has beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, reusable bags for shopping, zero gravity chairs for lounging at the pool. They thought of everything! The grounds are lovely and well kept. The pictures in the listing are true to what we got. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the internet was very reliable. Loved the large front covered porch that overlooked well-manacured grounds and pool. It was a great space for working since we had come to not only relax but work remotely. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen...Ninja blender for smoothies, food processor, coffee maker, regular blender...and there was coffee, tea, sugar and a smattering of basic spices just right for simple meals when we didn't want to go out. We would return and next time stay longer.

This property is absolutely wonderful!!!

This was our first time in Costa Rica, the property owners from the start were so responsive with all communications. And once arriving we were embraced with their warm, and inviting hospitality. Also, are they very knowledgeable of the area , and informative as to the top tourist attractions for us to visit. We experienced A-Plus service, and had a wonderful stay. The property it’s located in a great and safe location. The property grounds is absolutely gorgeous, manicured landscape, 2 crystal clean pools located right down downstairs. Large front porch/balcony with sitting table to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has everything that you need, separate air conditioner for all rooms, washer and dryer. Back door porch , 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Not a mosquito in sight😁 The Tv area with the most comfortable couches, dining area, large refrigerator, stove/oven and a microwave. Walking distance to coffee house, minimart, I Pizza, and the beach. The Coco Beach shopping area is less than 5 minutes with restaurants, dancing, bars, casino and grocery stores . The property is Great option for couples or for a family of 4. I would highly recommend this condo, and we will definitely come back!!!!

Everything was wonderful-- the clean, spacious, well-equipped unit, our hosts Pam and Foster, always available with help and advice, the pool and grounds (and iguanas), the location (shops, restaurants, and the beach were nearby.) We had a great vacation--and to return soon!

This is a place you want to stay. Wow.. So just a wee bit info..a couple days after we arrived, we had a wee bit of a medical emergency and not only were Pam and Foster immediately there to assist, they treated us like family and, not only helped us during but also afterwards by ensuring we were safe and picked us up.They opened their arms, they opened their hearts and it was honestly overwhelming. Their condo is absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything that you would need. The pool, the gardens are amazing and everyone is so friendly. I have done a few VRBO all over the world, and this was the most absolute wonderful experience. Pam and Foster were so generous with their knowledge and advice for our stay. They both went above and beyond to ensure all was good for our stay. I can honestly say that both Pam and Foster made our stay so comfortable and worry free. Beautiful hosts, beautiful condo, we look forward to returning. Loved our stay ❤️

Home away from home

Great property, location and condo supervisor. Pam, the host, Is super welcoming and helpful. The property is Super close to the beach and places to eat and shop. Condo has every comfort of home which made for an incredible stay. Clean and bright with fantastic pools at the property. Best place to stay in coco beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible Stay

I went to Coco with my parents for 11 days. The condo was perfect! Just the right amount of space. Pam was super attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The condo had everything you need for your stay and is centrally located for exploring. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!!

Don’t pass this one up!

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurant options. Downtown is a half mile walk or $2.00 cab ride. Condo has all the amenities you could want or need. You’ll also have the pleasure of interfacing with the property owners Pam and Foster. In all my years of traveling I’ve never been more welcomed.

Awesome!

We had high expectations and were not disappointed. Pictures accurately reflect the condo. Loved being in easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The unit is very clean, well maintained and has comfortable beds. The pool(s) and grounds are extremely well maintained. Pam and Foster were great hosts. Very welcoming and available any time to help us with questions. Highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Expectations Exceeded

Pam communication, beautiful condo, and property location exceeded all expectations. From the time of booking to arrival, she was willing to assist with any questions or request. The condo looked exactly like the photos. Anything you needed was available like at home. The property is located within 10-15 minutes waking distance from all activities. I rented a vehicle but next time I can just enjoy "the main strip" which includes restaurants, souvenir stores, and even a grocery store. Book here with Pam - you won't regret it!
