Great Stay!

The apartment is very spacious and has all the essentials. The location is great! During the weekends you can hear the music from the neighboring apartments, however this personally was not an issue for me. The host was very accommodating and responsive, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

The location is excellent with a supermarket, restaurants and many shops within walking distance. There is also a dog park across the street. The apartment is very modern, and unlike my previous stay at a different location, the showers were very nice and there was no struggle with the water temp fluctuating. There was also hot and cold water from the sinks. There were many windows, and a balcony off the master bedroom, lending to a nice view. Though the apartment was equipped with eating and cooking supplies, there was no sugar, salt, or coffee provided. Just an FYI, but we went shopping the next day for many grocery items, and containers to put the salt, coffee, and sugar in. At the end of our stay, we gifted it all to a friend, as we had quite the surplus. The beds were simply sub-par. Very uncomfortable for me. A fluffy mattress pad on each of the beds would've helped. And bring your own pillow, if you can. We found the other furnishings to be very low, and later I found out while shopping for furniture, most of which is also low, that most of the Colombian people are very short. I hadn't noticed that before it was pointed out to me. Bogota Colombia is a city in which I hope to retire in the not so distant future, and the Santa Barbra area is among the best in the city. Over all, I give the stay 4 out of 5 stars, mostly for the back-ache I endured every morning. Other than that, it was very nice to have stayed there.

Amazing host Amazing location

My stay was phenomenal! Everything about the property from the host and his excellent communication and attention are absolutely outstanding! The location is a 12- or 15-minute walk from Usaquen, two neighborhoods that I have come to love very much. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The location is safe, inviting, and wonderful to explore. I would stay again, actually! Thank you Juan Carlos

El apartamento esta ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad, San Patricio, estrato 6 el mas alto, en un piso 2 interior, soleado y silencioso, supermercados y restaurantes a 5 minutos, parques y zonas verdes a 2 minutos, zona residencial tranquila, caminable, segura, Centro Comercial Unicentro, Hacienda Santa Barbara, Clínica Fundación Santa Fe a 10 minutos, edificio tranquilo, con parqueadero privado y seguridad 24 horas.

El apartamento tiene un área de 100 metros, dos habitaciones con televisión cada una, la principal una cama doble, baño y un pequeño balcón, la otra habitación con dos camas sencillas y baño, además baño social, esto lo hace muy versátil para cualquier tipo de huésped, cocina dotada con estufa y horno, horno microondas, nevera, cafetera, licuadora, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y vajilla completa, la zona de ropas incluye lavadora, tendedero para secar ropa, mesa de plancha y plancha, el comedor tiene mesa y sillas para 4 personas, en la sala hay un sofá y dos sillas y tiene escritorio y silla para trabajar; para quienes lleguen en automóvil tiene un garaje propio, el internet es de alta velocidad, se entrega con tendidos completos para cama y baños, adicional se ofrecen tendidos adicionales y toallas sin costo.
