Great for families- great location

The house was perfect for families or friends- three bedrooms, three bathrooms, big-time table, great hot tub very quick drive to Beaver creek or vail.

Great location. Easy to find and check in went smoothly. Great communication. No mountain or golf course view. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Living room furniture not so comfortable. One kitchen drawer was hard to open and close. Some things were updated. Lots of towels and toiletries. Could use some blinds or curtains over the French doors. Has garage parking but could only get a small car in it. I would stay here again. And would recommend to others. Lots of space.

Nice place but a little outdated

House was nice but a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. Hot tub was nice and really enjoyable for the family. Had a loft that the kids had a blast hanging out in.

Great place!! Very clean , modern, and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and an easy ride to Vail, with Beaver Creek just around the corner. We were a group of 5 skiing for 5 days and it could not have been better. The hot tub after a long day on the slopes was an amazing perk. Everything was great. Next time we are in Vail we would definitely try to stay here again

Great Location for Vail Vacation

The property is a bit dated, but it’s spacious, clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located just off I-70 only 5 minutes or so from Lionshead Village. Management was great with communication before and during our stay. Great place to come home to after long days on the mountain - everything worked, property was comfortable, etc. The only issues we had during our stay were with respect to some maintenance items that should have been addressed before we got there (bathroom tub needed to be re-caulked, ice dams that weren’t cleared until two days into our stay created a leak in the living room, and hot tub maintenance guy also didn’t come out to shock the tub until day 2 - these were all minor inconveniences, though, and in general we were very satisfied). We would definitely come back again.

Has location and numerous beds going for it.

Just spent Superbowl weekend here, our annual guys ski trip with cousins and uncles. Second time renting in this neighborhood and the location is great if you plan on skiing both Beaver and Vail. The good: as mentioned the location is great. Having 3bdrm with 5 beds is hard to find and great when no one is sharing a bed. The hot tub was also a nice perk. The large 75" TV for the game was perfect. The bad: this house needs TLC. Didn't have hot water for the first night and morning. Kitchen cabinets looked DIY painted and some drawers don't work. Bathrooms are dated. Quite a few spiders found throughout. Night before leaving washed a load of clothes only to find dryer didn't work. Likely why it was unplugged. For the cost, a bit disappointed.

Warm and Cozy!

This property was lovely to make a home base out of during our Vail ski weekend. The hot tub out front was definitely a favorite and the rooms were all spacious, clean, and warm - perfect after a long day of activities. At one point we sadly did lose heat and hot water but they were super willing to move us to a different property. Thankfully it came back quickly and was fixed.

Great Location for Adventure

The unit is very convenient to Beaver Creek and Vail. It has plenty of bed space. Overall it’s nicely furnished, but it is showing signs of age. The kitchen appears updated with a new counter and backsplash, but the cabinets need work. Every single drawer slide needs replaced. (Same is true for the bathroom vanities. ) New slides are under $10. There are 15 drawers in the kitchen, ad the baths and your at $300 in parts. Some of the light switches are labeled, which is helpful because some of them are oddly placed. The switch for the kitchen disposal didn’t work, but there was an extension cord on it that allowed us to plug it into another outlet. Unusual, but got the job done. Good luck finding the switch for the exterior lights. So dark you can’t even see the front door lock to enter the code. Tried every single switch without luck. Even looked for a tripped breaker. A bit hazardous to walk on the dark ice-covered sidewalks. Had to use cellphones for lighting. The hot tub is nice to have, but note that it’s missing almost all of its jets. Nice for soaking after a day on the slopes, but not really a spa. Garage is also nice to have, but neither the outside keypad nor inside button worked. And the pull cord has been removed making it impossible to open the garage door. That explains the buildup of trash and recycling in the garage. I spent an hour doing my best to compact both. Hard to say when the last time it was cleared was.

Great Stay in VAIL

Highly recommend this house for you booking your next family or friends trip to Vail. Beautiful view of the mountains and very close to Beaver Creek and Vail resorts. Easy to get in and out of and perfect hot tub for Apres Ski days. Definitely will return!

Perfect!

We had an amazing Christmas at this beautiful home! The space and setting are even better than the pictures show. Very light and open and very comfortable. Bedding upstairs has been updated since the pics too. Huge den TV is perfect for family movies on the large sectional! Well stocked kitchen. Garage perfect to keep ski rentals. Beautiful neighborhood with great views and perfect areas for walking. The keyless entry was a tiny detail but helpful when cold! We would love to return and absolutely recommend to anyone!!

A Beautiful Stay

Loved the house, decorated well and very spacious. The price matched the quality. Had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, had 8 people, and they supplied pots and pans for the kitchen so we could cook. It was maybe 5-10 minutes away from town so easy access for a quick getaway. Also, everyone loved the jacuzzi!!

Perfect Ski Group Trip

This house was amazing. Our group of 7 felt completely comfortable, in fact more people could have fit in this house. The kitchen was stocked and clean for us to cook and keep our groceries there. The ski mountains are super close, especially Beaver Creek which I actually preferred over Vail mountain. The hot tub was very warm and nice after a long day of skiing, especially to even watch the sun go down from the pretty private patio. We enjoyed the three bathrooms and the large big screen TV. Thank you for a great trip!

Holiday rental for 11nights

Great location and size with 3 beds and bathrooms. Downstairs space good and nicely presented, kitchen units need attention! The upstairs of this property let it down, bedrooms need updating along with all the bathrooms. All bathrooms need some attention. The beds in main room and downstairs guest are VERY soft! If that’s your thing then okay but we prefer a medium to hard mattress and ended up in the small double queen as the beds were more firm. Overall this is a good rental for a family of 5/6, anymore will be a squash. If the minor details were taken care of and the upstairs was better presented then the price we paid per night, which was high due to holiday season, would of been okay. However these did spoil the rental experience for us as a family especially when we are used to a good/high standard of accommodation. Another point was that we didn’t get a mid week clean and we’re staying for 11 nights!! That I find ridiculous as they offer this as standard and part of the rental if you stay 7/10 night!!! I do not understand their reasoning for this. All in all we had a great holiday and didn’t let the niggles with the condo effect our stay.

Awesome weekend!

This cottage was perfect for what we needed! Perfect location to beaver creek, it was so convenient and easy. The beds downstairs were especially comfortable and the hot tub was a perfect size for our group!
