The property is nice overall. Plenty of space, bunk beds, two bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and a kitchen and family room. However, there was a long list of items we found during our stay. First one of the windows had a damaged hinge that caused the whole window to almost fall out of you tried to open it. Multiple other windows didn't have screens, which made the cabin warmer than needed since it's mosquito season and we had to keep the windows closed without screens. The front door didn't lock without applying full pressure to the door while entering the code, a trick that took some learning. The deck has several boards that need to be replaced and one that has a chunk missing. Overall the property was fine, but when adding up all the little things that could have been caught with a simple walk through, i felt like i was doing the property managers job for them. The management company responded to my messages quickly and did apply tape to the window at my request. However i had to take time out of my vacation to exchange emails and document all these issues. Not the worst thing in the world, but annoying.
