It was super frustrating that we didn’t have WiFi the entire weekend we were there, and the direct tv they had, had very little channels. That was the weekend of the Big 10 football game, so a huge weekend to have tv. They also didn’t let us know ahead of time that it was a problem. Only when I reached out, I was told direct tv was supposed to be out to fix it the day prior. (A heads up would’ve been nice) I was also told they would be there that day. If someone is staying in your rental, you should give them a heads up that someone would come in when all their stuff is there. I wasn’t impressed with that! But it didn’t matter because they never actually came. We paid a lot for the weekend, they didn’t offer money back or anything. When it specifically says on your amenities “WiFi”, you should have it, or compensate for it. Also, they claim it has 3 beds in the basement with a bathroom, which is does, however, there is no fire escape. I’m not sure how they get by with counting that as a room when there is zero way to escape should their he a fire.The house itself was fine, old and creaky, but clean. We wouldn’t book here again.
