ベッドのレイアウトは、キング1台、クイーン2台、二段ベッド1台です（上にツイン、下にフル）。 リビングルームにはクイーンスリーパーもあります。 2つの駐車スペースがあります（ガレージ内に1つ、駐車場に1つ）。 また、1週間に6つのビーチタグを使用できます。 13番街と西街の角に位置し、ほぼすべてのものがウォーキングボード、レストラン、アイスクリームパーラー、ショッピング、薬局、ベーカリー、食料品市場などにあります。

Great space and location. Hosts were very responsive and had great suggestions for food/other activities. Could have used a deeper clean before we got there but overall the space itself was great for what we needed.

Wonderful condo, spacious for everyone. We all had room to move around and the porches were great to enjoy our coffee from the Ocean City Coffee Company! Loved having the extra bathrooms as well for my young adults. I will definitely recommend this condo for others

Family getaway

Great stay! Good location with easy access to the beach, shops, and a variety of eateries. Very clean and having three full baths was a big advantage. Having two dedicated parking spots was great too.

Family vacation in OCNJ!

The location was excellent- close walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and Wawa! There were a few minor things - new lightbulbs, enough silverware and bowls that were addressed within days when we emailed Stacey and Joe. It was a great space for our family of 10.

Family Beach Trip

We selected this property based on its location/proximity to the beach and boardwalk. It was a quick walk and easy to make multiple trips there and back each day, based on our planned activities. While a bit dated, the space itself worked well for my family, including two small kids, and my parents.

Awesome Weekend!

This property was clean, perfect for our family and the young children we had along. Beach is close enough to walk to. Property owners were a dream to work with. Great experience! Will be recommending to others!

Great local, older property

The location of this property is great, short walk to the beach and right by everything you might need. It also has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms if you are coming with a bigger group. The two off street parking spots were also plus. The apartment itself was pretty dated and worn down.

Shore Trip - July 2023

We love this unit!!! Beautiful, open, bright, roomy. With only 5 in our party, we each had our own bedroom & bathroom. The balconies were awesome. The beach tags & ice maker were a pleasant surprise/wonderful touch. Joe, Stacey & Liz were very hands on. Cannot wait to return next summer!!!!

We had a great time as always. This property had a good location, just a short straight walk to the beach/boardwalk. Very spacious inside but note that there are no hangers in the closet, some broken towel/toilet paper roll holders along with some broken vanity handles. Toilet seats are very old, and there are limited utensils. If you have the middle units you can hear the people upstairs. Also a big negative was the trash near the curb smelled horrendous and it could be smelled in the garage and on the balcony. Car ports are very small, and if you have more than 1 vehicle you would have to find someplace to park.

Location is perfect, but needs updating

The location of the house was perfect, 5 minute walk to boardwalk/beach. Food all around, short drive to anywhere, but we walked everywhere. The house was nice and accommodated us all, just some small touches would have made the excperience so much better. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, a quick swap of mattresses is definitely needed, the toilet seats in the bathrooms were all chipped and old, a run to homedepot and a few dollars would fix that all up. Other than that, the house was good, spacious having 3 bathrooms was great we had one for each family!

Has some shortcomings, but the price is reasonable

This unit is on the corner of a busy road, which has some obvious drawbacks, but also some benefits as you just need to walk across the street or 1-2 blocks for a Wawa, drug store, ice cream shop, and little (expensive) grocery market. However, it’s not unreasonable to walk to the larger Acme. The walk to the beach is approximately 0.25 miles. The unit itself could benefit greatly from a few upgrades. The bunk bed is so squeaky that it was virtually unusable for our teenagers. The top bed felt more like a box spring. Another reviewer made this same comment in 2021, but no updates have been made. The couch cushions are totally sunken in. The dryer took up to 3 hours to fully dry things based on what was in the load. The kitchen could use a few more utencils (e.g., a full set of measuring cups) to be considered fully functional. The kitchen chairs were hard and uncomfortable, yet only one had a cushion. Why just one? Either have six cushions or none. Little things like that left us with the impression that the owner doesn’t take much pride in the unit. Several small changes would make a big difference here!

The furnishings could use upgrading. Living room furniture in particular needs to be replaced. Location was great. The outside decks were wonderful.

Had a great one night stay at this property weekend of the Fall Festival in Ocean City. Was a great stay- nice condo, very clean, easy to book, and simple process to book, check-in and check-out. Very friendly owner and management company.. Would definitely recommend..

Family getaway for a long weekend

Accommodations were large enough for our group of eight. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs which was mostly just breakfast. Walk to the beach was very doable even for a four year old. The owners suggestions for restaurants and nearby attractions was appreciated.

Perfect getaway!

Property was exactly as described -- maybe a little better. Just the right distance to the boardwalk and on-site parking(!) was really helpful. Great base of operations for trips to beach and everything we wanted to do. WaWa across the street for am coffee and close to all amenities. We would def book again!

Good

Good. One bedroom had a double decker bed that squeaked so badly. The mattress on that room was also board like so we could not use it. Also the batteries in the ac died so we replaced them. The WiFi was also spotty. Other than that our stay was good.

Great rental!

We had a wonderful experience renting here. Everything was as described, and actually looked better than in the photos. The beds were very comfortable. We all liked sitting on the balconies. We used the washer and dryer. It was a great experience all around!

Nice condo in great location. Smooth stay

Spacious four bedroom condo. Lots of space including a balcony. Very clean. The reservation process and check-in was super smooth. Just be aware that sheets and towels are not provided.

Great location and price

About 5 blocks from the boardwalk. Great communication with the manager however the place was not very clean. Weird stains on sheets however they replaced it after notifying them. Also did not provide even basic essentials like trash bags, dish soap, or toilet paper etc. However if you are willing to bring your own sheets and supplies, this is a great deal. It’s a good price and location.
