The immediate surroundings of the house are ideal for cycling and hiking, with many bike paths and scenic rural roads winding through forests. Right by the house, a hiking trail begins, listed among Europe’s best, under the Leading Quality Trails Best of Europe label. The trail follows the deep valley of the Lužnice River and stretches for 55 km. The house is just 30 meters from the riverbank, a popular spot for rafting.

The town of Tábor is 15 km away (10-minute drive or train ride). It has a fascinating history that extends into neighboring countries. Founded in the 14th century, one of its founders was Jan Žižka, one of the few military leaders never defeated.

South Bohemia is a charming region with beautiful nature, historic towns, and unforgettable atmosphere. Picture picturesque villages, diverse landscapes with lakes, rivers, and forests – ideal for hiking, cycling, and relaxation.

Visit Český Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you can wander through narrow, winding streets, admire Gothic and Renaissance architecture, and enjoy traditional Czech cuisine. Nearby, you’ll find the famous castle offering panoramic views.

For nature lovers, the region boasts South Bohemian lakes like Lipno, ideal for water sports, fishing, and hiking. In summer, swim or enjoy a boat ride, and in winter, skiing and other winter activities await.

We can accommodate up to 14 people, each with their own full-sized bed (no extra beds in the kitchen this time! 😊) across five spacious bedrooms. A key advantage is that all the bedrooms are located upstairs, ensuring a peaceful environment for relaxation.

Accommodation is available year-round. In winter, you can enjoy the sauna and hot tub to stay warm, while in summer, you can cool off in the pool. The large garden (1,500 m²) offers both sunny and shady spots, as well as a cosy area for your barbecue.

From the terrace, you can jump straight into the pool and relax. If you enjoy swimming, you can use the swim jet for an unlimited experience. The pool is equipped with lighting, so you can enjoy it both day and night.

Alternatively, you can unwind in the spa. Just sit back and let the stress melt away. The bubble spa allows you to pamper yourself with heated water and soothing bubble jets. It’s also a great alternative to the swimming pool for you and your children during colder weather.

In the garden, you’ll find a private tennis court, where you can play with your friends anytime at no extra charge. We provide everything you need for the game, including tennis rackets, balls, and more. All you need to bring are proper shoes.
