Very impressed, quiet, it’s own private parking. Owner on property in case you may need anything or have questions. And the place comes with a lot of perks, but you gotta book to find out.

This place was perfect for our trip to Houston. Denise was very responsive to all messages. This little gem is very homey. Denise has it set up with premium towels and anything else you may need along w some welcoming food and beverages. It’s nicely decorated and very comfortable. The outside porch is a bonus. We will definitely put this place on our favorite list and use again when we come back to Houston.

Denise and Jack continue to make this place a sanctuary. So, even more than the comfort, the amenities and the beauty, the hosts make this "Adorable Apartment in Montrose" as much a destination as the object of the trip to Houston.

I’ve never stayed in a short term rental that was so well prepared. The host literally had a little bit of just about anything you might need. Everything from food in the fridge too an ethernet cable in case you forgot yours, like I did. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep I got During my 10 days of travel on this particular vacation. And you couldn’t ask for a nicer host in Denise. She was welcoming and attentive, and I would love to stay again. I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I’m in the city.

Excellent trip

We had a quick stay to see our daughter graduate from college. Denise gave us great brunch recommendations before we got there and was great communicating throughout. The apartment was very clean and quite charming. We were able to walk downtown to shops and dining. Loved the area!
