This beautiful home is conveniently located between Warroad and Baudette, a 10 minute drive to Zippel Bay State Park. Close to the lake for world class fishing and Beltrami Island State Forest for hunting, foraging, hiking, and snowmobiling. Enjoy our large backyard with a charcoal grill and fire pit. One bedroom with a full bed. One bathroom. We do provide a sleeper sofa for two additional guests. Maximum of 4 guests.

Cozy snd quaint place

Great location between Baudette and Warroad. Lots of places to go for fishing. Accommodations and amenities were the best! Would highly recommend and already have to a few friends. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Lovely cottage for business travel

I was in the area for business and looking to avoid hotels during COVID. This cottage was amazing, with so many thoughtful details, lovely decor, and sparklingly clean. It was worth the drive to town for work each day!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

My husband and son stayed here while ice fishing on Lake of the Woods in January. They accessed the lake at Long Point Resort and this location was very convenient. There was ample parking for their snowmobile trailer and all the amenities they needed after a long day on the lake. They would recommend and definitely stay here again.

SUPER AWESOME

in town for a wedding, blown away by how nice the place was!! Ended up spending way more time enjoying our little cabin than we thought! 10/10 will be recommending! Hosts are very generous and provide lots of ammenities!

Memorial Service

I travelled north for a memorial service in Baudette. The Bad Rabbit Resort was a good location and a perfect accommodation for my need. The kitchen had everything I needed to prep my quick breakfasts. I didn’t do other meals - but the kitchen was well equipped if that had been my choice. Remember to bring your login information since the TV is Roku. I had an iPad so I just used that for listening to news. I was a solo guest and it was perfect for me.

Work Travel

I had a short notice on a trip to the Williams area and needed a place to stay. Erin with Bad Rabbit Resort responded quickly to my request and communication was great throughout the stay if I needed anything. The place was nice, clean, good space for parking (had pick-up and trailer). I will be staying here again on future work trips and likely even come up for a vacation to enjoy LOTW and ATV trails in the area.

Great place to stay!

This is a small space, but has everything you need for 2 people. Larger than a hotel room, and has a full kitchen. Very clean. Decorated nicely! Prompt responses from property owners. My husband and I stayed here for an ice fishing trip to Lake of the Woods. Was only 15 minutes to drive to the south end of the lake.

Disappointing after reading reviews before booking

Property owners were quick with responses. Corey was very personable. Furniture was uncomfortable - we brought our lawn chairs inside to sit on - My husband is 5’9” and kept hitting his feet on the bed frame - he ended up sleeping on the sofa bed (which he said was comfortable) Would have been nice to know having a tv actually meant it was a Roku system having to sign into your account from home with no local tv. The stovetop had something crusted on the surface and I couldn’t get it off. The toilet was much better after I cleaned it. The water kept turning rusty with chunks of stuff in it so we left even earlier than planned. The reviewer who mentioned the train was very accurate.

Was a great place to spend a month!!

We had to be here for a month for work. It was great to have a place that felt like home for that stay. We had to book in 2 reservations so this was the last part of our month long stay. We'd stay again and hope to on a recreational visit next time.

Great place to stay, would stay here again!! Cute, cozy cabin.

We had to work in the area for a month. It was so nice to have a home to come home to, instead of a hotel room. We enjoyed having a kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to eat out every day. We would stay again even coming up for recreation and not for business.

Bad Rabbit resort offers a large private yard that feels like being in the country. Sit around a campfire after a long day of fishing or hiking and relax. Cook your meals in the full kitchen or walk up to the local bar and grill. We are a short drive from the resorts for other dining options, and 20 minutes from Warroad where a new brewery has opened. We have a large driveway with ample parking for pulling a fish house or boat.
