Overall, the property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, and we appreciated that the accommodation was well presented.Unfortunately, the listing was misleading. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it advertised a spa, but the spa was not working during our stay. Had we known this beforehand, we likely would have chosen different accommodation.When we contacted the company managing the property, we were disappointed with the response. Rather than providing a clear answer or solution, we felt we were given the run-around, which only added to our frustration.While the property itself was nice, we left feeling disappointed because the advertised amenities were not available, and we don’t feel this was communicated honestly. We hope the listing is updated so future guests can make an informed decision.

We’re very sorry that the spa was not working during your stay, particularly as we understand this was one of the reasons you chose the property. We completely appreciate your disappointment. Unfortunately, being on a beautiful tropical island does sometimes mean we have limited access to tradespeople, and getting the right person out to inspect and repair an issue can take longer than we would like. That said, we do acknowledge that our communication with you could have been clearer, and we’re sorry you felt you were being given the run-around. The good news is that we have since been able to arrange for an electrician to inspect the spa and a replacement part has been organised. This will have the spa back up and running again for future guests. 😊 Thank you again for your feedback — we really do appreciate it and will take it on board.

Convenient

Comfortable stay, easy and central location. It had been cleaned prior to our arrival but cleanliness could have been improved, for example there was ants, conditioner on windows by the bath, popcorn between the couch cushions. Otherwise, it was a good stay and the check in and out process was easy.

Fantastic location - close to everything - ferry, shops, walks, cafes etc. very quiet and restful. Well kitted out with everything required at hand. Perfect fit out for our needs (3 adults requiring own rooms and several bathrooms). Only constructive criticism is that the cleaning was lacking. We found popcorn in the couch and the shaggy rug in the lounge was dusty to the point of causing allergies. The cane bedside lamps upstairs were coated with dust and the ceiling fans were not too dissimilar.

Fabulous apartment

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is a great location, close to shops, restaurants, bus stop and ferry wharf. The pool was fabulous making our family holiday one to remember.
