I traveled to Barbados with 3 other female friends and we were so glad we booked this villa! The inside and outside spaces are huge, and all the rooms are very good size. There's a big supermarket 10mins drive in Holetown, and you have everything you need (and more!) in the kitchen to cook your food. The outside space is like an oasis, with different shaded areas where you can sit, eat and relax, The highlight was the pool, under the palm trees. We even had some monkeys visiting, and as long as you keep your distance they're no trouble at all! There a nice beach 5mins walk from the villa (much less crowded than Carlisle Bay) with rum shacks and restaurants, which was ideal for lunch and sun-downers. Yes, the villa could do with a little bit of TLC, but everything worked perfectly, it's clean (housekeeping came twice during our 6 day stay) and the communication with Bluescape was very smooth. We would definitely book it again if we are lucky enough to come back to Barbados!

The villa was in a great position close to beaches, restuaraunts & bars. The villa had plenty of space inside & out with a well stocked kitchen, great outdoor space with pool & jacuzzi. The villa is slightly dated & could do with some love care & attention but this in no way spoiled our visit.

An excellent choice for a family group

We stayed at Pavilion Villa for two weeks in May 2024. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 young children. The property was an ideal choice for us with plenty of room both inside and outside. It is exactly as the photographs on the website show. The bedrooms (and beds) were cool, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well throughout the property. One unit did leak a little but this was rectified immediately. The pool area is great and was much appreciated by all. It was cleaned twice during our stay. Very comfortable sun beds too. It was lovely to have covered outdoor areas in which to sit and relax. We were very grateful for the new gas BBQ too! The location just across the road from one of the best west coast beaches is ideal. It is also close to the bus stop and you can walk into Holetown in around 20 mins if you want too. The property is secluded and private though. There's parking at the villa for two cars. Communication with the owner and agent before and during our stay was good and the housekeeper who came twice a week was also very friendly and made sure that we had plenty of fresh bedding, towels etc. I definitely recommend this property for families and groups of friends and we would stay there again if booking a similar trip.

From the outset, the communication with everyone at BSLrentals was exemplary. All our questions beforehand were answered and during our holiday they were very quick to respond to some queries/requests which we made. The concierge arrangements and help - including a superb food package which we ordered, were also excellent. The villa was very clean. For our family of 8, including 3 generations, this villa was a perfect size with 4 good sized double bedrooms and lots of private outside space. The air conditioning worked very well for the whole house and the house was cool for our arrival. The pool was very private and a superb size and depth. It was used by the whole family (especially the grandchildren) several times every day. There was plenty of living space inside the house, but unfortunately there was no table in an air conditioned space where we could sit together for family meals. The lighting in the inside living area was insufficient to allow reading. We would also have liked basic instructions on how to operate the kitchen appliances. The house was generally very well equipped. It is in an excellent location close to a beach, shops and amenities. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you BSLrentals

Private gated Villa

Our family was visiting Barbados for a wedding and enjoyed our stay at Pavilion Villa. The yard and pool were such an added bonus to use. We loved that we could walk to the Fairmont Hotel for food and drinks and especially the beautiful beach. Would definitely book again.

This was my second time staying at this villa and we absolutely love it. Great location and tons of privacy. Some of the kitchen cookware could use a refresh, but everything else is stellar. The backyard oasis is the main event for this rental. We'll definitely be back!

Great villa - great location - would definitely recommend

This place is wonderful for a large group - it is very big and we (7 adults) were all able to find a little corner of solitude when we wanted it or gather comfortably to eat in the outdoor (but very well covered) dining area, where you can watch the hummingbirds feed from the plants. Kitchen is very well equipped. Although there was an indoor grill, an outside bbq of sorts would be a great addition. Private pool is wonderful and you get the occasional and brief visit of monkeys! Location is fantastic with a leisurely 3 minute walk (with supplied portable beach chairs) to beach access and approx. 15-20 minutes walk to grocery story and wonderful bakery La Baguette. Bus service right outside the door. All in all, really great place. Upon arrival, we did have a couple of issues with the property, but they were addressed in a very timely manner. The property manager was very efficient and responded quickly by text, even at night outside of business hours. The contact at BSL rentals was also very efficient. Bottom line: I would recommend and definitely book again!

A wonderfully clean, spacious and well appointed villa. We were 6 adults and 2 children 11 & 9 and we all felt we had lots of space to sunbathe, swim, relax in the courtyard etc. Great entertainment system - Netflix and music speakers. WiFi excellent 5 minutes to beach and access to Fairmont Beach Club a real bonus. Bus stops just outside villa and a lovely bakery 5 minutes up the road. We didn't have a car so shopping could be a pain as we had to get a bus or taxi - but the villa will also do all this for you if you prefer! Highly recommended

This is an amazing house! Very clean! The housekeeper is definitely on top of things!

We had an amazing vacation. The house was incredible! We rented a car and experienced the island! Traveled to Harrison’s cave, a catamaran tour, Experienced the west side of the island, which was just beautiful! Working with the manager of the property and Shain, the concierge, was so wonderful! I strongly would recommend this house and the people who manage this property!!!!
