Great Location and beautiful condo

The property was well maintained and the view is beautiful. Great stay for the week even though I was there for business still a nice change of scenery.

Great unit & place.

Room 506 at Caprice was perfect for my family. The property manager was awesome! She gave us a bunch of local recommendations, and every single one of them were amazing. We cannot wait to come back.

Caprice

This property was wonderful. The unit has all the extras a traveler needs. Also, the furniture and condo was in great shape. The view from the balcony was excellent. Easy access to pool and beach. The staff was courteous and helped us get checked in quickly. Not issues with the condo, location, or staff. Will definitely look to stay here again, if in the area.

Great property, great view, great location

Check-in and check-out were very easy. This property will not give you a sunset view as you do not face the gulf directly, but the view down the beach is fantastic and interesting. Plus you can see if the pool is busy before you go down. Nice pool and area around the resort. Room was clean and pretty much everything you need is there. Only thing I would suggest is that in the room along the walkway, there is an outside light there and the blinds are not tight and let light in. The room is never fully dark. Places to eat within walking distance and a short drive to many restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay there again, I already miss the view and relaxing atmosphere!

Great Property Except Elevator

The property was beautiful and a great location. However there were issues with the elevator for the first two days we were there and were without elevator service for an entire day. My husband has two bad knees and this made things very difficult since we were on the 5th floor.

Late summer fun

We really enjoyed our stay at St. Pete’s beach at the Caprice condo. This was our second year at the Caprice . I really like how the beach was not too crowded and out location to lots of restaurants.

Nice beach

the beach area is really nice. Pool is good and warm, our issue with the pool was other guests being loud and nothing to do with the property itself. The room was clean withe exception of the oven and air conditioner. The previous renter had left greasy aluminum foil and piles of grease in the oven which created a ton of smoke and disgusting smell when we tried to use the oven. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. And the air filter had not been changed for quite some time as it was gray and black.

The location was great. The beach and pool were great. Parking was a little tight for our truck

Rental experience was great. Making reservations, checking in and out were all very easy with no issues. Enjoyed the beach, pool and fishing.

St. Pete Family Stay

Great location; right on the beach. The people in the office were great to work with, very accommodating with our late check-out. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the jets in the pool. No instructions that I could see. Also, since we were paying for the beachfront, it would have been nice to have the option to rent an umbrella or cabana on the property. If you wanted to rent those, they were available a little further down the beach. Nice to have laundry facility on the premises, too! Overall, our stay was very pleasant!
