We had an amazing trip. The ease of contactless check in made getting into our unit extremely easy. The unit was very clean, and somehow didn't have sand anywhere! We had no problems with the unit or complex and the location was fantastic for getting to the beach easily along with getting to restaurants in the area. We will return!

Great studio close to the beach

We enjoyed our time at Gulf winds. So close to the pool and the beach! Everything we needed was provided in the studio apartment. Would highly recommend it.

Great Stay!

Wonderful location with a balcony view of the beach and 3-5 minutes walk. Restaurants within walking distance everywhere. The administrative staff and maintenance is fabulous!

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Location was within walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. Staff was super friendly and accomodating.

Love staying at this property. My only critique is that the closet door wouldn’t slide and the blinds for the balcony were broken upon arrival. Otherwise great stay!

A homely condo 100m from the beach

It was lovely to stay in this home - it felt like a home and that made it a comfortable stay. A short walk from the North end of St Pete Beach and a short drive from the rest of the Tampa Bay Area beaches. Really great as a place to come back to after a day in the sun. Communication, check in, check out was super professional with the on-site managers.

Nice, but could be cleaner

Cute but not perfect by any means. The kitchen/dishes were not particularly clean, and the carpet needs to be replaced. Overall, a decent place.

Spur of the moment

Spur of moment decision to go to the beach. Search & booking was a breeze. Only negative is the vertical blinds on the sliding glass door do not totally block light from outside. We simply hung an extra sheet to help block the lights.

Well located couples rental

Just steps from a Public Beach Park and and beautiful St. Pete Beach, this property was a perfect couples getaway. They provide chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. The kitchen is tight for cooking dinner meals but perfect for breakfast and lunch. It is quiet at night. Bring eye masks because it is bright in the morning. Or just get up, go to the beach and have an early morning walk.

The best part of Gulf Winds is that across the parking lot is the beach. TRS Management arranged for our early arrival by preparing a lock box for key retrieval.
