Very nice small unit. Excellent kitchen-well supplied. Location is amazing. Great fireplace. Everything worked well. The only issue that there is no washer and dryer unit. Would stay there again.

About the best location you can get in Breckinridge. The unit was also about the best furnished in detail and very well maintained and prepared for our stay.

My son and I came up from Denver for a quick trip and had a wonderful time. The location on Main St. is incredible, it’s very clean, the rooms are dark and the communication is fantastic. I somehow lost my parking pass and another one was delivered within an hour. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Overall Great Location!

This property is in the perfect location if you love strolling main street to shop and partake in the many restaurants, pubs and specialty foods in the area or just people watching from the balcony. It's only a five minute walk to Silverthorne chair lift, a great beginner area with access to the Super Eight connect that will take you to peak eight midway up the mountain. Our unit had two rooms, one had a queen and a bunk while the second room had a queen only. Even though there was a sleep sofa my suggestion would be to have two bunks in the second room or a queen and a bunk like the other room for convenience. Sleeping on the sleep sofa is ok but when everyone else is up your up and everyone has to walk by you to go to the bathroom so stay covered up! I would give this property five stars if not for the parking hassle. You get one parking permit per property but it's first come first serve. We stayed for a week during spring break 2019 March 15 through March 23 and on several occasions we had no where to park due to other vehicles parked in the lot with no permit. One resident was double parked so we looked at the permit and knocked on his door. He said he had no idea who's car was parked there and upon further investigation we found out his roommate had given his parking pass to a friend to park and go party on main street at a local bar. He called his friend and told him to contact his buddy to come and move the car. After forty-five minutes of waiting we were finally able to park. My suggestion for anyone staying at this property is to park and not use or move your vehicle at all and to use the freeride buses available all around town. The view is amazing, it looks directly towards the slopes and main street looks like a Christmas card at night. This unit had a grill on the balcony that we utilized for several meals which was great! The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, plate, cups, dishes and silverware as if you were right at home. It was an overall great experience! We will consider staying here again!

First time in Breck

Extremely responsive group who handles any issues and I like the website they give you with all of the property’s info, resources, etc. South Main Street was amazing because it’s legit a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver chair and you go. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time at Breckenridge. Definitely plan on coming back

Breckation

Excellent location with walking distance to quicksilver lift, grocery store and right in main street in the lovely town of Breck. We cooked and ate out as we felt it went with the flow of our day. Kids loved not driving! Nicely appointed apartment which was not huge, but had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice. Walls are a bit thin but the neighbors were quiet.

Great condo! Very clean and fully stocked.

This place is in the perfect location. We were able to walk to EVERYTHING: restaurants, stores, ski lifts, and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay that is convenient.

Its a new management operation with rangeview.I will say the property is the same great accomodations we have grown to know and love. The management was really non existent. There was a foot of snow a day prior to us coming in town. 5 days later my elderly parents still falling down on sidewalks immediately outside the unit and office. The "effort" consisted of a few people "attempting" to break up the ice. No big deal, just kind of a laugh. Corporate america in the rockies. Professional management, professional slackers.
