Excellent choice!

This property is fabulous. Comfortable, great location, roomy and well appointed. JJ was extremely quick on the communication and checking in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Spacious, immaculate, 20 minutes from yyz.

The house was spacious, immaculate and convenient to the airport. The owner met us even though our flight was delayed and it was late. The Master bath was luxurious and having the laundry upstairs was handy. We would stay here again. It was a bit odd having someone else staying in the downstairs, and sharing the kitchen, but they were very nice.

Wonderful property

Our family of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. We had use of the 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2/baths - note, the house has more bedrooms and bathrooms than advertised so ask! Very nice neighborhood, pictures of the interiors do not do it justice. Close to shopping, groceries, Walmart. Two miles from Go train station. Rooms are very bright in the morning so suggest you bring eye masks. Also no wash cloths so bring your own or grab some at Walmart. Television set up was unusual, make sure you get a good tutorial. Great electronic awning for backyard. Owner very responsive. Keurig type coffee maker and owner very generously supplied us with plenty of coffee pods. We did not make use of the backyard although very lovely. No barbecue grill which would have been nice. All in all would highly recommend.

Perfect house for families

House overall was very comfortable. Some minor improvements can be made such as darker window coverings as the rooms are very bright. Fridge and freezer need a good cleaning. Location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and paths for walking.

Second Time Rental

This is our second time staying at this house. It is a great rental for a large group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is clean and there is ample parking for three cars. It is close to the highways and easy to get to.

The property was clean and had ample parking for 3 cars.

The property was clean and was large enough to accommodate a large group. We used 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. I only had minor complaints. There was a problem with the coffee machine and it did not work. The owner actually came over Saturday morning to unblock it but we had already purchased a box of coffee for everyone by then. When I used it the next morning, it worked but is not the easiest machine to operate. I would suggest purchasing a Keurig which is easy to use and better quality, and to leave an adequate supply of k cups for a large group. We were busy and did not have time to watch the television. However, for a group who did, the one television was small, was difficult to use, and the picture quality was not great. It was definitely not HDTV. In the master bedroom, the curtains did nothing to block out the light. It made sleeping difficult. I am not sure about the other bedrooms. I would not normally have been so petty in my complaints but the owner requested that I let her know how to improve her property so that is why I am being so picky. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It allowed our family to spend time together as a group, and adequate bathrooms for our large group to get ready for the family wedding.

Thank you for your comments Leslie! We will consider your suggestion to change our coffee maker to be the brand you like (Actually the current brand coffee machine is also recommended by a guest), I am a coffee drinker myself so I’d love to upgrade to be the best one! Also we will have another 55” Sumsung TV in our basement next week, the current TV is just a courtesy one for our guests since our living room not that big and I hope the TV lover definitely will enjoy the bigger one in the basement. Thank you for everything that you committed and we will to improve one by one and we hope you will much enjoy your stay in our place next time. Thank you and all the best! J.J.
